The location is good, 400 meters walkable distance from beach and town centre. The staff was very helpful. He advised me to find a parking next to casino in front of hotel which was free. The swimming pool, bar and lobby areas are good. The second building is new and has better rooms, I advice to ask reception to give you the rooms there instead of main old building.

The hotel doesn’t have a parking. The building is very old. The rooms are shady. Air conditioning didn’t work for 2 rooms so I had to sleep in a very hot room. All the breakfast items are cold, they don’t keep it warm. The quality of breakfast was not really good. Doesn’t feel like a 4-star property at all.

his place absolutely does not deserve its 3-star rating – it’s a complete scam. The photos on the website are extremely outdated, probably taken around 1996 when the hotel was still in decent condition. The reality is shocking: poor, repetitive food, furniture straight out of the communist era – old, damaged, and reeking of dampness. The rooms were full of moisture, mold on the walls, and no proper ventilation. The air conditioning didn’t work, and you have to pay a deposit for everything – even for a basic hairdryer or a cup at the bar. There were no activities or animations for kids whatsoever – just boredom and disappointment. This place is a joke, not a hotel. Definitely do not recommend.

Hotel very Old and unclean

The hotel is very old and wasn't very clean. My room had an unpleasant smell, and the bed was uncomfortable with small sheets . The bedspread seemed decades old.​I had to check in myself, which was fine, but the reception staff wasn't helpful, I had to ask many questions to get basic information, not a good welcoming experience.​The lifts were in poor condition, adding to the overall discomfort of my stay.​I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Great location, not far from the beach 5/10 mins. Close to the bus station. Breakfast was really good lots of choice. Comfortable bed. Really excellent value for money. Traditional Spanish hotel highly recommended, will stay here again if available ?

Unlucky if you end up between loud party neighbours from organized tours.

Large number of visitors to this hotel come to drink from breakfast till late night - it can be very loud, but once I asked the staff to be moved to a quieter part they put me in a very nice, quiet part of the hotel where I was able to rest and go about my own routine.

dirty room ( someone old boxer left in the balcony), the hotel is old and falling apart, the lift makes a lot of noise it wake you up every time someone uses it ( sound like a rocket taking off), food was really bad overcooked vegs and more like a bad high school

- exceptionally clean - good facilities - pool area, bar area, pool table etc - cleaners were in every day - location was good, 10 mins to beach - staff were generally friendly - drinks were good (all inclusive) - rooms were quite modern and spacious, with a balconyWe were young lads on a cheap all-inclusive holiday, so thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pool was nice and not too busy

No entertainment apart from a dj Friday morning Saturday till around 11pm. Staff could of been more helpful when asked certain questions

Beds were clean, decent breakfast.

It's like stepping back in time, dirty floors. No facilities in the room, ie:hairdryer, kettle, fridge. Only 20 sunloungers for the size of hotel. Got shouted @ by a manager because I chose to make a sanwich for breakfast, he assumed I was taking it for my lunch, not even an apology, when he realised his mistake. I booked this hotel reading former reviews, which were not accurate.

Nothing at all

All of the stay. Hate the bed, hate that it didn't cater for disabled. Hate that we had to eat out. Hate that we had to stay in hotel faculty towers. It was horrible.

My boyfriend got the worst food poisoning he's ever had. Food was abysmal, and facilities were lacking and falsely advertised (including lack of entertainment, size of pool, food options etc).Room was very small with a hole in the ceiling, was kept clean but would advise to spend a little more on a hotel that won't risk 3 days of your holiday confined to the bathroom or with your head in a bucket.

Really bad food, always cold and under cooked Same menu every day. . Nothing changed. Air conditioning broke in our room.. leaking water, they just put a bucket under it and left it.. No plug in the sink. Aircon didn't work very well anyway. No entertainment in the evening. Dirty, crap hotel. Not even a chair to sit on in the room.

Poor and disappointed

Breakfast was cold the bath had hairs in it and rusty and far to expensive for what we paid for

The staff on reception were professional and polite.

The room need an update, decorating and furniture very out dated. I was with a male friend on a rugby weekend, if I had been with my wife I wouldn't have stayed.

it was awesome, you can eat so much as the buffet is vast an for the evening meal also the plates were never low. it was fab.

The food is awful if you go all inclusive I would highly recommend not going all inclusive !!! We was left hungry after not liking any of the food, all the food is very basic and very poorly cooked, and you find the same thing on every day !!! Very disappointed !!!

Their location, food services, extra payments, bar prices and pool was clean, cheap and great.
