Could have been more on for children on evening

Our hosts, Jane and Brian ? they really made our holiday special ❤️ always time for a small talk, always smiling, very helpful ? Lovely hosts ??at the office they have a table to leave leftover to other guests, instead of throwing out good stuff ?✌️ never seen before, WELL DONE ??

There were air conditioning system for heating as well. Fridge, freezer, owen, microwave owen, other kitchen equipments. Kind service.

Bed linen and towels must be paied at the reception, what does not seem fair is that booking.com customers must pay higher fee for these than those guests who book directly. The linen were put on the bed in a pack, we had to apply it on our own.There were no supply of any soap, washing liquid, salt or anything other. We only got 1 small bag for the trash for a whole week, 1 (half) toilet paper, 1 sponge. Cleaning was not perfect. Also we had to clean the apartment after our stay (trash, sweep, mop...).The mobile houses are operated by different companies in this camping. The opening hours are not adequate in terms of checking out.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Fantastic kids club. Pool area was great, very clean and spacious. 10/15 minute straight walk in to centre of fenals and then another 10 mins walk in to Lloret. We stayed in a 3 bedroom mobile home which was spotless, modern and quite spacious with a lovely decking area on too it.

There is a bit of a hill on site from main area to some of the accommodation, so keep this in mind if it may affect you.

Very friendly staff, especially at the swimming pool bar, great pools and water slides, a lot of sunbeds available even at very busy time.

I think the houses, especially the older ones, should be cleaned a bit better, the ceiling and the walls have visible muld, that gives a discomfort feeling.

The staff were great the pool and bar were nice but that's where it ends!

The tenko style huts and bitten to pieces by mosquitoes, beds grubby.Also very little privacy on the veranda.

Stayed in the siesta side of the park and the 3 staff there were very helpful

A bit of a walk in to lloret de mar, but had everything you needed in the park and 2 supermarkets just outside

very close to supermarkets, nice staff, good price s for food and drinks,

the restaurant is like fast food, burgers, nuggets chips, pizza, lack of traditional Spanish foods, like peala, seafoods, fish etc, parking for free but away from bungalow, small swimming pool, looks much bigger on photos and during pick time due to size pool was very busy

The lifestyle reps on site were brilliant. So helpful & accommodating! The air con was fantastic. The cabin was clean and ready for us on arrival.

The site was small. There was literally nowhere to sunbathe unless you were up early enough to get a sunlounger by the pool. All of the area around the cabins was in shade. Lots of cabins crammed into a small space, still it didn’t feel like there were too many people in the campsite.

it was nicely tucked away but not too far from facilities. The room was clean and well air conditioned.

beds were a little hard and bbq needed updates other than that not a single fault

This camp site is just perfect for families with kids. The bungalows were spaciuous, well equipped and comfortable. The camp site offers everything to keep the entire family but mainly the kids busy. My little fella absolutely loved the animation team. The pool area is well sized and offers great fun for both small kids and adults. A special thank you needs to go to Irene and the entire animation team. They were an absolute blessing, taking care of the kids and keeping them entertained, given the parents some time to enjoy coffee / drink by the pool, knowing the kids are well looked after.Our Bungalow was hosted by Siesta Holidays, and also here I cannot speak highly enough of the staff on site. Amy and here colleagues looked after us in all aspects and were incredbly helpful and friendly. They were always awailable, and were quick to respond if we encountered issues (short power outage).We'll definitly come back.

Very kind and helpful staff, good location, the beautiful beach aproximetly 1km from camping, near the store.

The entertainment staff were fantastic, especially with the children. pool area is lovely. our bungalow was great , fully equipped.

It’s a long walk with children to get to Lloret but fenals is a much nicer area for families , still about a 10/15min walk to get to restaurants beach etc.

excellent facilities which were all clean and well kept. supermarkets close and restaurants with a nice walk into lloret.

Animation team and generelly team are great , siestafiesta Staff was very helpful and give us all needed information. Camping Tucan is a great place for a family.

You must pay for internet.

The location, the mobil-home, the pool, the BBQ... everything was just fine. Pleasant staff.
