Hotel Rosamar Maxim 4*- Adults Only

The location is the best in Lloret de Mar. Our room's view was exceptional. The staff's hospitality is incredible. Absolutely love our stay.

The rooms need a significant refresh, and the A/C system is inefficient, unable to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Magnificent sea view from our room balcony. Breakfast was exquisite and carefully assorted. Take a table by the show if you want! Personnel super attentive and professional in all cases.

By no means this is a 4 star hotel.2.5-3 at best.The location is great. The parking is a disaster. 30 euro per day if one is lucky...

The location of the hotel was great. Staff was very helpful. I would like to mention Carmen, who was exceptional in service and support.

Shower didn’t drain properly, several bathroom floods, Twin beds are difficult to sleep in. Needs queen size bed

Our air conditioning didn’t work, unable to keep open the door to the patio, is was self closing and we had nothing to prop it up

AC did not work which was confirmed by staff member who came to our room. Did not sleep well due to noise as had to have window open. We requested a partial refund and the manager was very rude and said at 10:30 at night that we could move rooms and pack up all our stuff. That was not an option as we are leaving very early and needed to go to bed She was very dismissive to all our discussions. It was 76 degrees in our room!

The location and the balcony with a view of the sea and the promenade are unbeatable.

The way how the rooms and bathrooms are appointed, the food served at the breakfast and the attitude of the staff would be ok if this was a 3* hotel.

?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️As for the hotel itself: The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. You only pay for the beautiful view and the location on the 1st line. The room cost 170 euros.Room amenities: kettle, tea/coffee, cotton pads, toothbrushes, slippers.Breakfasts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?Variety, all products are delicious, everything is fresh, very large selection, here you will even find chia pudding. Breakfast costs 15 euros per person.

The hotel provides inaccurate information that it has parking, but they don't have parking, you can't drive up to the hotel to load your stuff, it's a pedestrian zone.I booked the hotel through booking, the room cost 170 euros, it said there was parking. After payment, I received a letter saying that I had to write and book a place, parking costs 25 euros per day. I wrote twice and asked to book, and said that I would arrive at 10 at night.The letter said that I would have to come to another of their hotels (because it's a chain of hotels and there are 5 of them nearby) to get a parking ticket, park and walk to my hotel to check in.When I arrived at a nearby hotel at 10 pm, showed the reservation and said that I wrote to reserve a parking space, the female administrator took out a card, explained where to park, started filling out the data and when I asked that I was staying for 1 night, she took the card and said that I had to go to my hotel. I asked not to do this because I had nowhere to park my car and it was parked in an accident under their hotel, to which I was told that it was impossible otherwise. We drove around the city, parked on the embankment for 3 euros per hour, walked to our hotel, when we got there, this female administrator was there again with another hotel administrator, she saw us, started talking about us to another administrator and left. After that, they told us that there were no parking spaces and gave us the key to the room. As a result, our car was left on the beach for the night for 3 euros per hour, but the main thing is that there is no security around the bar. We still have 5 days to drive home by car, and there are a lot of personal belongings in the car that are physically impossible to deliver to the hotel.If I could have left this hotel I would have done so with such a bad attitude, but they refused to refund my money for the room. I booked your hotel solely because you had a sign that you had parking!

- room was not cleaned, and we had to chase them for some soap- breakfast can be only done once, which was NOT mentioned at the check in, after we had a morning coffee before the swim we came back for some breakfast but were told to leave since we already had it. Rude and unprofessional.- breakfast was actively advertised and sold for people from the street, (thats why you can have it only once as a guest), also breakfast room was super tiny, weird focus on non customers rather than already clients.- Breakfast had packaged pastries from supermarket. No fresh juice or croissants, only bottled juice, coffee machine would keep having an error, overall you expect different quality for the price you pay. Same with dinners, just a basic dinary rather than an exquisite dishes. Cheap whipped cream dessserts and tasteless rice. Apples as a fruit. Drinks extra pay.- rooms were small, stuffy and dated, with stains.- Pool, gym and solarium closes after 17, absolutely impractical hours and you cant access before/after check in, so nothing to do in an expensive hotel.Overal, despite the location and the views, its absolutely not worth the money. Would NOT recommend!

The views of the castle, both during the daytime and especially at night are magical! This hotel is located off the main area, which is more busy. It is quieter at this end with the beach directly in front of you. A fantastic and amazing breakfast each day, which included pastries, Egg, dishes, meats, cheeses, juices, specialty, coffee, etc. Make sure you request and book a room with an ocean view. The majority of them are, but some of the rooms are in the back section and so you do not have a view of the ocean nor of the castle

Fabulous location with sea views. Unfortunately there is no outdoor pool and the indoor one is quite small. I loved that breakfast was available until 1 pm. I'm sure like most people, I love the chance to sleep in and not feel presured to have to be up and dressed to early. Great variety of food to choose from.

There is no onsite bar and restaurant. Although they do have a restaurant along the promenade, it still feels disconnected from the hotel. There is no outdoor pool. I feel they could just as easily have utilised the solarium area more. By putting a small bar and possibly a small hotub or pool there.

The room is nice and with the beautiful view right on the beach.

It was very loud. It's a line of restaurants and it was very loud until 1 a.m., and at 6 a.m. a very loud car levels the sand. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs!

Location:The hotel is conveniently located near the beach.Check-in and Check-out:Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. I appreciated their efficiency. The check-out process was equally straightforward.

Room:The room was spacious, but unfortunately, the mattress was quite uncomfortable. I experienced back pain after sleeping on it. Also, the sliding bathroom door didn’t provide enough sound protection.

The location is super, the view also. The room was quite small, dinner was in another hotel, which was not far, but in rainy evenings it was not comfortable to go there, the hotel has no umbrellas.

Chosen for the view the room was as good as it gets. Situated over restaurants the room was very quiet (4th floor) with only the sound of the beach lapping on the beach even with the door open. Wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and being served till 1.00pm was a real bonus.

With hindsight we should have chosen a hotel with a pool with seating around it. The indoor seating/luggage storage area was too gloomy to sit in comfortably which meant either unshaded roof terrace sunbeds or sitting in room/on balcony. We had felt we would sit on the beach but €8 per bed and €8 per umbrella per day seemed exorbitant (Not the hotel's fault). Having said that the view from the room was good enough that we would consider going again.
