Great location at the heart of town but no noise from outside, big balcony, has all essentials.

We booked on weekend during the high season so staff was busy and overwhelmed. For what I paid I expected better service to be honest. We checked-in online ahead of coming to save us some hassle but for some reason the lady had to check us in manually again. We asked for a bellboy to help with the bags, they had no one (it’s a 4 star hotel!!).Breakfast host was rude when we entered from the wrong door apparently (we didn’t notice it’s written staff only). Their parking was full so I had to park far. Swimming pool is packed with people. No value for money and I wouldn’t come back.

My children loved the pool and kids slide. The pool bar was fantastic, however some staff need to work on being more friendly especially front desk!

Best thing is dinner, very good choice and presentation. Location can't be better. Gym is nice place to visit, trained there 3 times. Reception staff is very helpful. Overall great hotel for the value.

Room for 2 persons on 1st floor was very small. would not like staying in such a room next time.

Breakfast was basic and acceptable, dinner was below average honestly. Room furniture is bit outdated, but location is amazing :).

Room cleaning service ladies were very nice. Food was ok in some days and not so much at other days, but you will not leave the restaurant hungry if you are not very picky. The pool was nice, mostly clean. Life guards worked well, very attentive to keep order near the swimming pool, not letting people reserve the lounge seats for long hours. Aqua zumba was perfect! The room was usually rather cool, sometimes not very well ventilated though. Evening shows were fun, especially for children!

Very disappointed by the service of reception desk, all 4 ladies, including the manager. The taxi that we asked to arrange for us to leave to the airport did not arrive due to misunderstanding between receptionist and the public taxi service. The ladies at the reception were rude, unprofessional, covering the mistake of their colleague. Extremely low quality of client service, absence of basic human empathy and politeness. We were about to miss our flight waiting for a new taxi to arrive more than an hour later and we had to pay double price (2 sedan taxis instead of 1 minivan for our family). We were very stressed and it totally ruined our mood of wonderful vacation that we had in Lloret de Mar. (P.S there is no UBER or any other mobile taxi service in the area).

Everything was very clean and well organised. The staff and the managers are so much helpful all the time. They are giving a quick solutions for anything just to make sure you are enjoying a comfortable stay in the hotel.The location was perfect just opposite to the see, one minute away from an amazing beach, and also les than 10 minutes walking from the shopping shops , which was really perfect for us ?The food was very nice,fresh and delicious, with lots of varieties all the time.The restaurant was super clean during the meals time.The rooms showers was amazing, hot water was available all the time.

Bad isolation of room regarding noice - it was difficult to sleep due to or young people outside or truck loading waste or walking people in the hall way; Breakfast was full of food but nothing was really tasting, the worst was coffee...

Stayed 4 nights, great food, brilliant location with 2min walk to the beach. Very helpful staff, brilliant atmosphere, bikers friendly.

The spa. I loved the sensoriel showers, hammam and sauna.

I didn’t like the breakfast. Coming from NYc and Paris, I couldn’t drink the coffee and the food was really average.

We loved the location, so close to the beach, food was amazing, staff really helpful and friendly, special mention to reception staff who helped with our transfer by phoning the company and offering advice, much appreciated

Bit dated decor

Location. Ambience. Staff. Food.

Room. Toilet. Broken furniture. Bad view.

The location was fantastic - right on the beach. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly, and the place was kept immaculately cleaned. There was a huge selection to choose from at breakfast; the freshly made to order omelettes were amazing, and the coffee machine was fabulous. There was no shortage of sunloungers, and the choice of different pool areas was great (the chill out area in particular) and the choice of a salt water pool made a nice change from the usual chlorine too, if you're like me and find the chlorine isn't great for your skin.The gym was small but had everything you could need. Rooms cleaned every day if you wanted it along with fresh towels.

The drinks were very expensive. Cocktails €9, a jack Daniels and coke €12. There was also no real atmosphere at the pool bar - no music playing that you would notice . Normally, when we're on holiday, we spend a lot of time at the bar in the evenings too but we didn't bother with it at all apart from soft drinks during the day - that's a shame because it has potential.

The facilities are extremely old and the hotel deserves more like 2.5 stars or 3, but charges 4 star prices. The food is decent but far from 4 star level. The good reviews on Booking must be given by people who don’t know how a 4 star hotel looks. By the way, almost all the hotels we passed by in Lloret de Mar seem to have 4 stars,regardless of how shabby they looked, one wonders who assesses the hotels’ rating in Catalonia.

Ideal location and great facilities to enjoy Lloret de Mar, love the adult only section to relax and enjoy a swim.

Not a fan of 2 single beds pushed together as a double bed

The food was ok

The fact that we could not stay in our first night when arriving in the room because of the smell of mosquito spray, we asked to be reinbursed for this one and still did not get a response on that.

The room smelled like humidity. You need to open the balcony's door even if the AC is working.
