Very bad wifi , too crowed at the pool could not find a spot to sit, breakfast crowded

The location is very nice and the staff are very friendly.Loved the entertainment shows also.

The pool and slides are very nice, however the pool was very cold and not heated so we couldn’t enjoy.The hotel is over occupied and very little staff, especially in breakfast we couldn’t find a clean table easily.You could notice that the staff at the breakfast are very tired and pissed and few number compared to the number of guests, however they were doing there best.The room was also very small and the towels were old.

Close to city center and beach. Nice swimmingpools in and outside. Great for kids

The pool area and slides were ideal for my son and kept him busy and entertained!Cheap and cheerful- (Bargain last minute break away)Good location and not far from the beach or bars/restaurants/shops.

Bad smell in bathroom- Drains i think.Indoor pool- not heated freezing cold!!Some of the staff were rude, inpatient and didn’t seem to care. (Some of the staff were really nice though!) Evening Entertainment wasn’t great.

the equipment of the room has already had its good days behind it and would need reconstruction. small rooms in the room, no table, only a small refrigerator. The staff tried their best, but we were disappointed. Divided into all-inclusive guests and paying guests. Paying guests received completely different drinks than all inclusive. When I ordered an iced coffee- I got 2 iced cubes in my espresso. I had to tell the lady behind the bar what Cuba Libre is. No normal knife for slicing a baguette.the food was different every day, but it always tasted the same.we love Spain but this stay was very disappointing. level corresponded to half the price we paid.

The staff truly made a difference and were the highlight of my stay.

I’ve stayed at many 4 and 5-star all-inclusive hotels that cater to kids, so I had similar expectations for this one. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. For the price, the hotel feels quite old and hasn’t really been renovated. Also, despite being an all-inclusive hotel, only certain types of drinks are free in the canteen, which was surprising to me.

Nice family hotel, plenty of activities for kids, fabulous food for kids! Good location!

I was expecting better food for adults, was not much meat or fish for dinner.

We really enjoyed all the outdoor pools and slides that were available, there was also lots of entertainment on throughout the day and also in the evening, the rooms were really clean and staff very friendly.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like if im honest, everything was perfect!

Very good food - we had halfboard and super comfortable beds. Professional kids club and staff overall.

Smelly bathroom, not working TV, very loud environment at night, not very clean rooms, very much well-loved equipment in whole hotel.

Very good location, only 3 minutes to the beach on walk and cute streets. Food was perfect and the menu offers a lot! Staff is very nice and friendly. This is just a great place for vacation with kids. We will definitely come back in the future!

I really don’t understand the negative comments regarding noise. What do you expect in hotel with 7 floors full of children? Lol

Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Lifts, large outside pools and water slides. Play areas etc. Daily entertainment with enthusiastic team.Very helpful staff especially Anass on reception who listened and was very accommodating.

Nothing really. No surprises. Very little in variation in breakfast each day.

Cold swimming pools

Hotel is very central but still in a quiet area.Parking is a bit difficult to find though hotel offers parking next door with a fee of 20€ per night.

The only draw back was the parking as stated above and the hotel charges 20€ per night for all the stay you cannot just opt to take it for 1 day.

loved the kids friendly vibe along with the water slides, activities and entertaintment.

1. The buffet for breakfast and dinner has similar menu everyday. 2. Didnt like that drinks were not included for dinner had to pay seperately. 3. Needed to pay deposit for everything; pool towels, iron, mini golf clubs.4. pool towels changed every 4 days or you pay 2€ if you need a change before.5. weak wifi connection

The pool and slides are great. Lots of fun for the kids. Good location, walking distance from the beach (about 5 minutes). Available open parking on site (about 20€ a day).

The so-called family rooms are way too small for a family of four (10 yo & 12 yo). No space whatsoever to walk around the room. Poorly isolated. Very noisy corridors. Double beds are too small. Poor Wi-Fi. Varied breakfast but poor quality. Water, coffee and juices are awful. Uncomfortable and dirty sun beds, without space between them to put a leg. Pool area isn’t clean, frequent nasty smells. Definitely not a 4* hotel. Way overpriced.

Outdoor facilities are great. Breakfast was decent though you get a specific time slot to come in. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beds were v uncomfortable. First night stayed in hotel part which was way too small for a family of 4 including a teenager. Moved to apartment after which was better but air conditioning was blowing right on the sofa and the springs in the mattress were poking in the back.

Life guards were very good and location was very good.

The place smelled of raw sewage outside whenever there was a breeze. It was fair too expensive for what you get. The food was just ok. Always a queue for the hot food counter in the mornings i think the chefs could be more prepared in advance . You should get at least free water for half board paying for drink service for lunch was a complete rip off for the money we paid for 5 nights. Would not recommend this hotel for value for money.

The beds were comfortable and location. Young staff was helpful.

Baby pool closed at six and was not very clean with a dirty plaster sitting at the entrance of the baby pool two days in a row.
