Location and staff were excellent

They turned off the A/C for the hotel rooms a couple weeks before and it was still needed

Location was great!

Included meals are a Fiasco!I knocked on the door at 7:15 and was just ignored by the workers. Went to the front desk and they said “Breakfast doors open at 8:00am.” , which I think is quite late! An absolute Hord of people on the first 10 minutes,at 8:00am , and it doesn’t let up!8 minutes in the Coffee line!Tables fill up and they put a rope across the door, with no sign as to what it means!I did get a table, but was quickly joined by a stranger, who just grabbed ajoining tables for her family, which is understandable.Why not just open breakfast at 6:30, pay your workers to be there early and spread out an oversold capacity, by letting when people want to eat! I travel a lot and maybe this is just Spain, but it could be improved with just a little thoughtfulness!

Professional and kind staff, clean rooms, location, restaurant view and of course, wonderful scient thru whole hotel.

Very small choices of meat that isn't pork, so my family and I had to choose only eggs and cheese and some sweets for a breakfast, during our stay.Also, sauna wasn't included in our stay and it should be paid extra, which is 40 euros.

I liked the location a lot, as it’s literally just across the beach, it’s very clean and i felt very sorry for not booking the room with the terrace (which I highly recommend now). Breakfast was really good and great variety of food.

What I didn’t like was the fact that during our email conversation, I asked for the late C/O as our flight was at 22:20PM (i asked for 17PM C/O - which we would pay obviously). They didn’t offer this and we actually paid price for one more night (with the breakfast). As someone who’s working in hotel industry for 13years, I would’ve at least offered lunch at C/O day

Very nice and close to everything we were interested in visiting. However, the front desk let us know that we could go to the evening buffet to see if we would be interested in adding dinner to the breakfast buffet for an extra $12.00. We went to the buffet at 7:15 pm to see what they offered, and a staff member, possibly, the chef chased us off, and was very rude. Of course, we did not add dinners to our stay.

Clean, close to the beach. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is located in front of the beach. Wide room, clean and comfortable. We had a huge bed. We went to the pool and the Spa, and it was very nice. The staff was hospitable and helpful. It was an amazing experience.

I like the location and the see

I don’t like the third bad in room for 3 people because its very uncomfotbale

The breakfast staff and house cleaning staff were incredible and very accommodating

The pool should be uncovered

Hotel nice enough for the price.

As a solo traveller I was put in a room at the back . The room itself was fine however there was a lot of mechanical / extractor noise which was 24 /7 not ideal if you can hear it. Not good enough for a hotel of that standard. What should have been a restful break was not. The standard of the restaurant was far short of my visit last year. Its lloret its never going to be great shame...

Hotel was great. Rooms are very comfortable and at a good standard. Balcony looking over the sea was well worth while. Location the best in Lloret, infant of beach with a restaurant in an area in front of the hotel. It is a an easy walk along safe alleyways or roads to a multitude of other restaurants, bars and shops. The roof top pool & hot tub were clean & total enclosed in glass. Breakfast provides a good choice from hot food, fruit, pastries & alike in a lovely restaurant area overlooking the sea. Wonderful.

Liked everything.

Room was a little warm but we were limited by the air con control to only 20 degree minimum which is too high for nighttime. Opening a window Dow meant we experienced much outside disturbance.

Great location and breakfast was better than expected.

The room was hot (in April) but aircon did not work. Had to practically beg for coffee and milk, only tea provided. The church bell ring very loudly every 1/4 hour until 12 and start again at 6, therefore not a good nights sleep.

Friendly staff. Helpfull with parking garage. Helpfull with leaving early - they ask us if we would like a picknick to go. And at 05:45 there was a nice picknick bag for us!

Room was clean (apart from few moody spots in the shower), location was perfect (right at the beach), breakfast was plentiful with a nice view.

Rooms did not have a broom for sweeping up sand and there was only a small waste bin - those things could be improved upon, otherwise all perfect!

Good location. Good dinner and breakfast. Nice staff. Good spa and gym.

Perfect location, helpful and friendly staff, very clean, excellent facilities , will definently return! Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods
