Good breakfast, Good value. Clean.

We were on the 6th floor. One elevator was broken and both only hold 2 people with luggage. I don't mind climbing stairs, but not with luggage. Poor elevator design for the amount of guests the hotel accommodates.

The hotel had a bright and airy feel, with the room being clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The facilities were at the higher end of a 3 Star standard and so very good value for money.

If the neighbours are noisy, you'll here them in the stillness of the night as a couple once argued after midnight in the next room.

It is a quite simple hotel what was full with high school groups. The food was also simple, the drinks were low quality.There was music entertainment every night in the lounge bar and it is quite near to the beach,like 5 minutes walking.The staff was ok.Our room had some problems in the bathroom because when we entered,some water come up from the wood pavement every time.All in all,for quality price it was not bad,mainly if you dont stay too much time at the hotel but more going around.

The price for half board was ok, and the beds were comfortable. The free WiFi worked just fine.Overall I think it's good value for the money (in april).

The location is uphill from the beach, and kinda far away from the town center. Food wasn't that great, but there was plenty of it.

Bad

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The whole place needs a facelift.The bedrooms are tiny. We had a double and a triple. The triple was same size as the double with a camp bed that was so uncomfortable. There were 3 adults in the room. We complained and asked for a proper bed. We were told that this is what the hotel does for a triple room. After some time of complaining that this was not acceptable for an adult she said she would see if she could get a better mattress. The following day the mattress was changed for another rubbish mattress. The bathrooms were absolutely terrible and the smell was disgusting. the staff being exceptionally slow at their job or shouting at customers. also people are up all night drinking and partying so good luck getting sleep.

Inexpensive, close to beach and amenities. Clean, tidy and staff were very friendly. Food was varied and tasty. Something for everyone. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate and even let us stay for lunch when our flight was delayed. Free! Joanna, Rob and the curly haired lady made our stay better than we had imagined. I feel we got more than we paid for.

The only downside was some of the people staying at the hotel seemed to only be there with the intention of complaining, in order to get the hotel to give them free board. I witnessed this from a couple of guests who were just out to try and get an already well priced experience free. Unfortunately these kind of people blight many industries. Such a pity as it’s a cracking place with helpful, smiling staff. My wife booked the holiday for me and my daughter and I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews. I didn’t understand why these reviews were so damning after staying there myself. Then I encountered the people trying to fleece the hotel for freebies. Don’t let these people deter you. Location, food, room, staff and price noted, I’d give this place a call anytime I’m in the area.

The property was very very old, the rooms were tiny, bathroom was tiny, shower hardly worked.

I really liked leaving it, yes that was the best.

The staff separated its patrons into two different hotels with the same name approximately 50 metres apart. British customers are sent to the rough hotel and locals & Germans kept in the hotel with better facilities and the restaurant with the better quality & choice of food options

The room was surprisingly quiet and the shower was hot. The air conditioning in the room did work.

It reminds me of an old council flat. Very much in need of a renovation. The balcony door had a handle missing so could not lock it. No remote control for the TV. Mattress needed replacing. The hotel is located opposite to hostel.
