Very friendly staff.

Room was recently renovated. Nice style, nice details and outstanding lighting.

Bed linens was only a top sheet and a heavy fabric cover which should be removed and a light blanket should be provided for sleeping. Also, noise from guests in hallways and next door was not relaxing and made sleeping difficult

Location was excellent with beach very close and access to town and restaurants excellent. Breakfast was very good and service as well. Room was fair to good .

I did not like that at checking out i was charged for breakfast for both my rooms and my booking.com charge included breakfast. I was not able to dispute this at checking out with the personnel as I had to leave for the airport and have now submitted a complaint.

Everything was perfect besides one staff member at breakfast was not pleasant and made it known to everyone asking to leave at 10:10 even when people were not finished breakfast.

Lovely roof top pool. Large room with a spacious bathroom. Lovely breakfast with plenty of variety and great staff. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always enjoyed our stay. Directly in front of the beautiful beach.

Fantastic location, superb staff. Room spacious , bed really comfortable. Breakfast amazing. Great value. Would deffo recommend Disliked. Lack of info for car park. Suggest you park the car , walk to the hotel and collect their map of how to find the car park. Air con didn’t appear to be working. If we were staying longer I am sure that it would have been fixed or we could have been moved

Rooms were very well decorated and bathroom was excellent!

Noise - the hotel has obviously spent money on a renovation to the rooms and bathrooms as these were of very high quality. The issue was the noise from other rooms and reception. You could hear neighbours from both sides and in the morning you could hear the restaurant being prepared for breakfast. The rooms insulation was very poor. I stayed in room 102, so maybe it was just this room which was located at the top of the stairs.

Receptionist wasn't helpful whatsoever, we were badly advised regarding parking, also I booked the room what said breakfast included to find out it wasn't, a booking.com con. Due to this we won't be booking through this app again

hotel was spotless clean,great variety and quality of food for breakfast buffet.We were upgraded to a front room with balcony and see view which was absolutely fabulous ?

Was beautifully decorated and clean! After getting to our first hotel and moving to this one we were relieved the Afternoon/Evening receptionist was amazing so friendly and helpful and she always greeted us with a smile!

Breakfast finished slightly earlier than would have liked but staff were still accommodating when we missed it!

we paid 1200+ euros and breakfast was not included ? there is no bidet in the bathroom it can be a little noisy since it’s in the main road

No bottled water in fridge which is very cheap for the hotel to buy, Only to be told by reception "you could buy some" after paying 460 euros for 3 nights breakfast only, No kettle in room, two things that are unreasonable Large dumper truck going up and d0wn the road at full speed moving beach sand between 0100 and 0500 unable to leave balcony doors open and could still hear them with doors closed every day we were there.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed it. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food and there is always plenty. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location is directly on the seafront and the roof top pool is quiet and relaxing although the pool is on the small side. The rooms have been renovated since our last visit and a lovely and fresh and clean with the bathrooms getting a lively upgrade.
