    Pros +

    • Good location, close to bus station. Clean. Good food
    • Good breakfast and dinner, location is good as well, not too far from the beach, just one minute from bus station, acrually very good location. Room was generaly clean, even that can be little better, but ok. I informed the hotel regarding late check in (after midnight), when I arrived at the hotel I was told that they kept some dinner for us! I wish i knew that earlier :) but very nice from hotel. I was told that my room was upgraded one, I had a nice terace with two sunbeds and two nice chairs, really nice.
    • The hotel is not big and has an atmosphere and a unique design. You can spend your time near the small swimming pool or in the lobby with table games or at the bar. Some are also working with laptops. Hotel guests are quiet. The personnel is very friendly, hardworking, and caring, will help you with any questions. The room is simple but with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Cleaning service every morning. Meals are reach and of a good quality. A good variety of everything. Dinners are never the same (we had 5 days). There's always a cook on site roasting an omelet/pancakes, or fish/meat personally for you. The times of meals are very convenient. The location is good: outside of the main noise of the city but nevertheless in the center: near the bus station (2 min), supermarket, 10-15 min walk to the beach.Several parking options are just around the hotel (30 Euro per day). At the reception, you will also be provided with the info about the much cheaper variant (ca. 9 Euro).A parking garage at the shopping mall - very modern and safe. Can be booked and paid online just before you drive there. 20 min walk back. Recommend you when you use the car not every day. There is also an (un)loading parking spot at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, personnel and enjoyed the staying. Thank you!

    Cons -

    • Room was at the top of the building, and that was a probelm when coming back from beach since when you leave the room the power shut down and the AC as well, room was too hot and it took it quite long to cool it down. There was a guy from dining facility who was acting as a "boss" during dinner time, creating unecessary waiting line even lot of tables free, his attitude did not match the rest of the stuff.
    • Not very much space in the shower.Coffee at breakfast could be better.Doesn't relate to the hotel:Better not open the window at night because the city never sleeps (you need to understand it before planning your vacation). But the beach is wonderful: clean sand and water, and very spacious and doesn't felt like overcrowded.
    • I had particularly asked for a quiet room away from other guests. It was a I-need-to-relax trip. To my big suprise, I was placed right next to one of the two facilies with a little baby, who I had the pleasure to hear crying, and the dad coughing. On reminding the property about this, I was told I had been updated from a single room to a double room, which I suppose I should have been happy about AND shut up. I also disliked being scolded in the restaurant right upon arrival. I should have waited at the entrance, waiting to be placed but I didn't apparently. There was no sign saying so and the receptionist didn't mention anything at the check-in. Nothing was written on the welcome note either. Perhaps the fault was mine: I shouldn't have asked where I could sit, I should have just sat down!

A wonderful stay! Gorgeous design, very tranquil and great food (dinner and breakfast) Was upgraded free of charge to a premium room with huge balcony on top floor. An absolute oasis in a very frantic city. Loved it.

Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows. Food was excellent!

Poor sound insulation. Had one sleepless night because of the cough coming from the next room…

    10MayelaPosted on: 10-27-2024

Perfectly clean, very well located, staff very nice and responsive to every little demand. Always a smile and small chat from their side, all of them. I felt in security as an alone woman traveller

Everything was perfect, I do not have any negative comment. True that there is no view to the see because it is place in the heart of town, but I was aware of course

Great location and very clean hotel. Big thanks to the girls who are working in the coffee bar.

The Moroccan guy who is working at the reception, he asked me to pay the housing tax despite my booking was included all tax and fees.

Really nice place, not too expensive. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with balcony. Pool section is really great, with a cool and relaxed vibe.

Coffee that is served at breakfast isnt coffee. Simple espresso is made as it is filtered. I guess the machines for the coffee are not good. So we had to buy a real espresso later in the bar after each breakfast.Parking at Lloret is really an issue. Hotel could arrange something with the parking lots right next to it, for a cheaper price or something. We stayed 3 days there and we had to pay at the end 90 euros for the parking, which is absurd.

The friendly service and location breakfast was lovely ?

    7DragosPosted on: 8-22-2024

The rooms are very clean, and this is maintained daily. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the dishes were very tasty with fresh products. The Spanish local products like meat and cheese were a very good addition in my opinion, and they added to the culinary experience. The AC works very well, and it is well welcomed in the Spanish summer. It is a bit pricey in my opinion for what the accommodation offers but Costa Brava is not about staying inside the room so all and all a good experience.

The bed in our experience wasn't very comfortable because it wasn't one large double bed, but rather two single beds put together which constantly shift during the night, the mattresses and the infrastructure of the bed all together. The place can be quite noisy at times, the noise is coming from outside and inside the building but in my opinion, it is manageable. The fridge in the room is really small, it can harbor two 2L bottles of water at most and it takes a long time to cool the drinks. Our bathroom had no vent and it can be a nuisance and the pool is too small for the number of people the facility can accommodate and it gets crowded early.

An oasis of calm amongst the chaos of Lloret de Mar. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel and pool

    Room smelt of stale smoke

The food was excellent and the pool was extremely exceptional. The weekend entertainment was a nice surprise

    4SolomonPosted on: 8-11-2024

I got a more expensive room with a big balcony but it was a waste, as the balcony was covered with gross astro-turf and the view wasnt nice. Also every time you open the door it shuts down the AC.

Clean, very polite stuff and good location

    Actually everything was ok.

    9TheresePosted on: 8-9-2024

The hotel is really close to the beach/shops/restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. They let us stay at the pool on the day of departure after checking out.

    The room was somewhat small

    10VarduhiPosted on: 8-8-2024

It was clean and the staff were amazing, especially the cook who was so nice. Also the meals of breakfast and dinner were very tasty and there were many choices.

    Everything was great.

Spotlessly clean, food very good, all staff helpful and pleasant, special mention to Evelyn at reception who was very helpful.

The pool area need a bit of a refurbishment and clean. Noise during early morning, no fault of hotel but people returning from night clubs.

    - Comfortable- Nice decoration

    - Bathroom drainage smelled. Not attended to although complained- Establishment seen to get a lot of big and young groups that were noisy late in the morning.- pool area way to small for the establishment.- Only one water bottle for two people per stay
