It also has a small Spa with sauna and an underground car park with limited spaces. Both services have an additional cost and cannot be booked in advance. Pros +
- staff were lovely ,spa was nice ,
- A good location, walk distance to the beach. The breakfast was good as well.
- Location was accessible.. Ana at front desk was polite and friendly.
Cons -
- room was a bit narrow
- The load music and noise at the pool till 12 pm. Our room had windows overlooking the pool and it was impossible to sleep
- Hairdryer in my room was broken. Initial price is misleading, they charge you for 15 eur an hour for use of the spa,, which is not spoken of until after you book the reservation. I would not have picked the hotel if id known that. They take a deposit of 10 eur and a 5 eur fee for every day you make use of the safe in your room, also not discussed until you've already booked. It felt exploitative, because once one makes it known that they have belongings that are worthy of being kept in a safe, to a complete stranger, how can't one take the "service" without feeling a bit insecure? Really uncomfortable, money-grubbing policy that started my stay on a bad note. When they say "adults only", what they mean is that every guest is at or past retirement age. When I commented on feeling very young for staying in this hotel, front desk assured me things would liven up. The livening up never materialized, it felt like I was at a Jimmy buffet concert. I was literally the only person under 50 staying there. This is not so much something I didn't like, at least at the start, as much as something that guests should be aware of if they are coming to party and socialize at a hotel in lloret de mar with their own age group. And the front desk should be more up front about that.At 1230 am, FRIDAY NIGHT IN LLORET DE MAR, the guests next door absolutely hammered on my wall to shut us up while a friend and I spoke in conversational tones. Don't know what the hotel can do about that, but it was my experience. One of the front desk workers gave me a very thinly veiled reprimand for using the "emergency stairs" instead of the elevator. I felt like I was being spoken to like a child.Overall, I did not enjoy the experience.Perhaps these things I've listed are the accepted norm in lloret de mar, as one of the hotel employees tried to impress on me, but if that's the case, have no intention of staying in a local hotel again.

Location for the purpose of my trip
Rooms are too small, glass sliding door for the bathroom with little privacy
Large, open foyer, bar area. Friendly bar staff and helpful reception staff.
The advertised live music on an evening wasn't as expected, it was just a DJ playing music off a laptop and speaker, I was expecting a live band or singer.
The main entrance or hall
The beds were very short no more than 180 cm. The bathroom was old with facilities in not good condition. The gym was totally old fashioned. You could hear sober people arriving at the hotel very late at night.
There were so many activities and the spa being offered was amazing, thought it was a bit expensive but when I see all the facilities, the bar, the pool, the spa, the breakfast, the yoga, I think it is really good value for money
The room looks a lot bigger on the pictures, it was a bit underwhelming when coming inside the room for the first time because of the pictures online
Everything was perfect, so beautiful and the staff were so kind. It was a very nice experience and we would visit again. Very reasonable prices for food and close to the beach
The breakfast and dinner were very good, lots of choice and fresh. The pool and bar were good and allowed guests to relax in comfort.
The gym needs to be improved. The hotel needs to decide if it wants to be for adults that are grown ups, or cater for young adults, the Dutch 18 to 21 year old squad.
The evening entertainment was crowd tailored Bar drinks were goodBar staff was always friendly and glad to serveLive cooking chef at the buffets was excellent
The open floor bathroom was not great Drinks are not included in the evening buffets nor water I’d say it’s a great 3star not a 4 star
Spa was relaxing and it was nice to have possibility to go there each day for 1 hour (could be better if it was 2 hours but I understand we were not the only ones in the hotel) . Apart from spa we enjoyed the food. I want to especially bring out one very friendly chef that was serving our food during breakfast and dinner time. He was one of the highlight's of our stay! Also the hotel has a pretty good location only 10 minutes of walking to the beach and you don't even notice the walk since you go around many shops.
Its a shame that on breakfast they prepare various juices and water as well but during dinner you have to pay for any extra drinks you want (including water). Also the waiter's were grabbing even half full plates out of our table (rude) and as soon as I finished the drink they took the glass as well. Ideally they should first ask because we often times wanted to reuse the plates or the glasses and they were really just creating more work for themselves.
Staff were extremely friendly, particularly bar staff. Great facilities and a clean room everyday. Great atmosphere around the hotel. Very close to the old town, bus stop, beach, strip.
Could not fault this hotel it was exceptional.
Some of the staff and let’s say the breakfast that’s it.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. This hotel is far from a 4-star establishment. After an 11-hour drive, we arrived at midnight, too exhausted to leave, and we had a schedule to follow, otherwise, we would have. The bed was not suitable for two people and had one of the cheapest mattresses I have ever seen. There are deposits for everything, including a €10 deposit and a €5 daily fee for the safe key, which is unacceptable for a supposedly 4-star hotel. If someone is staying at a 4-star hotel, they likely have valuables they want to keep safe, and forcing them to pay this fee is unreasonable. These charges would be more fitting for a hostel.Additionally, we had to pay a €20 deposit for parking, likely for a remote that looked like it was from 1967. The parking area is poorly organized and too small for most cars. The daily parking cost is €25, which is in line with city prices but still adds to the overall disappointment. The carpet on the second floor, where we stayed, was filthy stained and clearly very old. The only positive aspects were the breakfast and some of the staff. When you advertise your hotel as 4-star, you need to meet the expectations that come with that rating. Otherwise, this is what happens.I’m writing this review for people who, like me, are looking for a 4-star or higher experience. This hotel does not meet that standard, so lower your expectations if you choose to book here.I have never complained in any of my stays booked through Booking.com, but this time I felt compelled to. I don't blame only the hotel, but also Booking.com, as they should verify the properties advertised on their website.I could go on, but I have already invested too much of my time on this.
The staff is friendly, food is really good, room was clean..
The staff were friendly and accommodating, the facilities were well kept and in working order.
The only low light of the stay was the massage, the masseuse was not very friendly and the massage itself was not good or enjoyable .
Absolutely amazing. Kind staff that informed us about everything. Good location.
Only thing we haven't liked was the fact we had 2 separated beds putted together.
Clean, comfortable. Nice to sit by the pool with a drink in the evening. Staff friendly.
Only ornamental curtains in the room that didn't close. Although there was a privacy net curtain, it didn't shut the light out.
The property is in a good location.
The staffThe smell of drugs in the hotel The pool (no sunlight)You cannot charge a drink to your room Food was terrible The hotel is so dullEveryone looked unhappy Teenagers everywhere even though it’s adults only
That there was a chef for breakfast to cook fresh eggs ,omelette etc that we hadn't found in the more expensive hotels we had stayed in on our trip
That the surroundings were a bit noisy and you had to pay for the safe
Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, hotel is clean, rooms cleaned everyday. Would stay again.
Room walls are quiet thin, could rooms hear either side. Entertainment was a bit poor.
