Horrible hotel.Food and drinks are disgusting although we hade a all inclusive we were going to restaurant every day.This is a very very basic hotel.Walls were dirty and moldy everything looks very old. If you are looking for comfort don’t go here.If you want cheap and nasty it’s your place.Staff at the bar beside the pool are awful.

Location. Easy to park along the street

Nothing, the hotel is asking us private information at check-in.

The hotel is asking us about private information. They request the account number and which relationship links me to my spouse, in written text, and a legal evidence of that relationship. They say that they do not care about Booking and that the law obligues them, which is false, as no law can force you to provide that information.

The view from the balcony over the neighbouring hotel's pool was nice, the room was fine, the breakfast was good although the breakfast room was big so quite noisy, but it is a big hotel so needed that size to cater for all guests. Check in and out was smooth and staff were helpful. The location is between Fenals and Lloret and there is a short walk to both areas, but it is a bit of a hill.

The wait for the lifts was a bit frustrating, especially when we had our bags as there lots of young people staying at the hotel and moving about at similar times to us. The stairs were fine, but when we had bags that wasn't an ideal option.

Price was good. Pool, gym, location, nice staff

Somewhat outdated hotel but that didn´t bother us too much. The hotel was noisy, lots of child groups with little or no supervision, breakfast was like a battlefield. It was ok stay for few nights, not really relaxing though.

Hotel food was OK.

The room was very basic, the safe within the room cost 20 euros plus 10 Euro deposit for the barrel and key from reception, rooms were clean but they felt dirty, the bedding smelled, the bathroom door had bad water damage, aircon was intermediate as best. There was dried fesses around the toilet bowl. No drinks making facilities in the room, no fridge in room for keeping water in so after midnight it was either drink warm water or go to the lobby to buy from a vending machine. 3 am every morning the residents in the room above got back from the clubs and woke me up for an hour banging, walking about, moving chairs etc and I have a hearing impediment so they must have been really loud.

i was with my family on half board basis (something that i don't usually book. honestly i was surprised with the quality of food and the selection of food during Dinner and also breakfats. Definately highly recommended

Great hotel, with a great location, very clean

There were too many guests(groups of children), and the hotel management was not ready for it, no free tables in the restaurant, very short time for breakfast, the food was all messy. The workers were doing best they could, but the people in the organization could do better

Good breakfast. Fantastic view from the balcony. Big pool. Plenty of space around the pool. Lovely terrace above the pool with bar and entertainment every evening. Nice playground for kids by the pool and terrace. Pool bar was also very conviviente, reasonable prices, nice food.

A little bit noisy from entertainment but only till 22:00 ISH but with balcony doors shut is ok.

Food was excellent. People with allergies were catered for (Gluten free bread, cake, pizza and pasta was available by prior arrangement). Entertainment was very good. Rooms were clean. Good facilities throughout the hotel.

Too many people in the pool, Staff not friendly always seemed unhappy No parking available and u have to pay extra 30 pounds to gain access to parking

The food

It was lacking some basic life qualities - e.g. a kettle. Coffe was awailable only in the morning (dont know about the lunch). The hottel itself looks like it could use a good refresh

that was a one-night stay, the hotel was overcrowded with hundreds of kids from dozens of football teams. too noisy.

There was no door on the bathroom. Fortunately I was not sharing but I would have preferred not to have to stare at the toilet all of the time.The food tended to be the same all of the time. Healthy options not very available, only salad.or fruit.Lots of sugar

The room was clean and the bed confortable. I had a room with an amazing view to the mountains and the food was great and a lot with very much speciality. The location was very close to the Evenia Olimpic Hotel. The staff was very kind.
