No parking, bathroom a Little old and needs maintenance

Room was fine, the receptionist moved us straight away to another room because the first room had a buzzing noise. Bed was comfy. It was very clean.

Shower not great, very thin walls. The location is horrible, very depressing and up a steep hill. No parking.

Central location but nice and quiet. Large clean room and balcony. Good breakfast buffet and tray of cooked eggs and salad to order. Arrived in a heavy rain storm soaked to the skin on my motorcycle but (English speaking) reception quickly checked me in and got me settled in. Parking for motorcycles on free street parking just up the street, no issues.

Clean and modern room with very comfortable beds and pillows. I even had a full bath and a bidet. Really nice terrace and a decent breakfast included.

Not in the best area but not much of a walk down to the sea.

Excellent value for the price, clean rooms, and a breakfast offering a wide variety of fresh options.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Room was smaller, but we just want to sleepover one night, so everything was OK.

The position is quite tricky, at night was absolutely imposible to park near, but very close is big parking place, so we left car there.

Breakfast. Because few quest in the hotel the kitchen crew made a personalised breakfast according my requests.

Rooms are noisy. I sleep with earplugs in than it is no problem.

Everything was wonderful: the rooms had a fresh renovation, large beds, and free water coolers on every floor. Near the hotel, you can find free parking for your car, which is a rarity in this area. The staff was pleasant.

Far from the sea, the hotel is located on a hill, so you need to climb up. I've stayed at this hotel more than once, and the quality exceeds the price.

- The location- Conditioner wasn't working- And the parking. Even though friendly staff allowed to park on their own place however it would be great to have a free parking.

Nice room with comfortable bed

Breakfast was far away from good. cold eggs and sausages. Found a piece of plastic in my coffee cup

The apartment was comfortable for a holiday. Good comfortable bed, clean bed linen. The room has a fridge to cool drinks, wardrobe, large mirror, sofa, armchair, TV. Hot water without temperature fluctuations, shower gel, hairdryer and even a bidet. The wi-fi worked perfectly. There is a small balcony. The staff were friendly, check in was quick, service was comfortable. The hotel has a terrace with stunning views of the city and the sea where you can relax, have a coffee or champagne, there is a swimming pool. On Wednesdays a Ukrainian girl with an amazing jazz voice sings on the terrace which is a nice bonus. You can get to the sea by different routes, it took us about 15 minutes, but there are several beaches in Lloret De Mar and it is everyone's choice and for us it was an advantage as we like to walk along the Spanish streets. I would recommend this hotel for a stay and it was a pleasant experience.

Breakfast was good variety of drinks. Hot drinks machine, juice and water. Good selection of fresh bread, fruit and pastries.Water fountain in reception.WiFi was good.

The pool was not open as advertised.The gym was not open as advertised.Excessive noise from other guests until 5am. Was advised by receptionist this is normal in Spain and can’t not be helped.Walls very thin. Can hear every word and movement. Even if they use the light switch!Breakfast: hot buffet not kept hot.Chilled buffet not kept cold (only milk and yogurts were chilled in mini fridge)All dishes room temperature with a microwave to re-heat.

Upon entering the room, there is a musty smell. It can be seen that the hotel's glory days are already behind it. It could also be cleaner and the breakfasts were not very tasty

Spacious wide beds. Free cooler with clean water. New renovation. Free parking near the hotel. Pleasant staff. Delicious cuisine. Possibility of excursions from the hotel.

A bit far from the sea.

The rooftop terrace is great, and immaculately clean. Reception staff efficient and friendly.

The location is not ideal, with the entrance door on a steep hill. The shower head could not be adjusted, meaning water on the bathroom floor after every shower. Breakfast was mediocre. Certainly not a 4 star hotel in my view.

The room and bathroom were spotless. It looked like it had just been refurbished. The staff were very helpful. Good selection at breakfast. Definitely value for money!!

Difficult to find a parking space. The hot breakfast wasn't very hot.

I liked very much the little water tank outside in the hall on every floor, since everyone who has been to Barcelona knows, the tap water is not the best around there. Therefore to be able to fill the water bottle was a massive plus for us, especially for not having to carry liters of water on the hill.

the room and especially the bathroom structure simply didnt make sense to me. there was a glass wall next to the tub yet the shower head was not placed behind it, therefore every time we took a shower the whole bathroom floor got wet. we could not change enough times the little towel on the floor, so we needed to step into water every time we used the toilet or washed our hands.first we didnt have the fridge and simple chair by the desk, which supposed to be there, enough towels nor bathroom stuff like shower gel etc. had to ask for everything and feel sort of awkward about it, as if they would do sort of a favor to us by providing these basic things, which were in the listing.
