Only food in the restaurant.

Many bad things. You don't have your own parking lot, you have to walk 500 meters to a very large parking lot, where you spend another 10 minutes until you park your car. The hotel needs to be renovated in all areas. To get to breakfast, lunch, dinner, you have to stand in line. Although the gym is very poor, you can only get to it from 10 am.

Nothing. Stuff were very rude didn’t cater for English atall. Was protests or some sort of political meetings on everyday in our hotel morning to night.

Was clean and staff where friendly.

Beds very hard and no plug to take a bath.Also was a Christian seminar on all week, that you overheard at the pool. Then when it came to the restaurant it was like a cattle market with so many people pushing in front and almost knocking you over. Was badly organised. This hotel isn't great for disabled guests, steps down to pool, lift was out of order.

Hairdryer didn’t work, air conditioning didn’t work, bed bugs, no where to get snacks or drinks besides water in the vending machines, when I went to reception didn’t offer no recommendations or advise me of any local shops

Food was perfect, room was very clean and comfortable, Swimmingpool, spa and wellness were also so good.

Not enough elevator (only 3) for to many rooms

The only good thing about the hotel was the staff. Everything else was quite poor.

Elevators were too small for a pram and took too long to come. Rooms were much smaller than in photos. No plug in bath so we couldn’t bath our young toddler & baby. Our room key card did not work on 3 occasions when we were trying to get our children upstairs to bed we had to go back down to reception time and time again. The pool was filthy, both our children picked up hand, foot and mouth on day 6 of our holiday which meant they couldn’t use the pool for the rest of our holiday. The breakfast wasn’t great either. With only a 2 hour window for breakfast no matter what time you went at it was too busy. On a few mornings we were unable to get high chairs for our children because they didn’t have enough. The hotel was very poor and we enjoyed our holiday each time we left the hotel, we dreaded coming back.

Pool area is fantastic and public areas clean and spacious. Room corridor areas are a little tired, but room was clean and spacious.

this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The reception staff behave more like prison guards than customer service professionals, they are rude and aggressive to the point of threatening guests.

Lovely bar and restaurant staff.

Dirty plates and glass in restaurant. Very dirty and smelly carpet on corridor. Very poor entertainment for kids and adults. Very bad organisation in restaurant.

Hand shower over a bath to step into was not very powerful with water coming from both the shower and taps

Well laid out, good for kids

Hard to get a sun lounger, the flow of the lines for all-inclusive food doesn't work and the plastic cups you get for an all-inclusive beer are tiny.

Price / quality ratio was ok. The location of the place is very good - in walking distance from the beach, city center and bus station. The outside swimming pool and facilities were good, especially for the kids. The food was decent, with a variety of sea food, fish and Spanish specialties. The cleaning ladies on our floor (1 floor) were doing the magic - they thoroughly cleaned the room and made the hotel a better place to stay.

The hotel furniture and facilities are a bit old and worn out, but it didn’t bother me much. I would wish though a better management of the outside area around the pool - people were placing their towels on the chaise longues around the pool early in the morning trying to ensure their place, but they were not using it! And guests like myself who wanted to use the pool for some time during the day had difficulties finding a free spot, as everything was occupied. I can’t do anything about the ignorant behavior of others, but I wish more interference from the side of the hotel.

Felt like refugee queuing for restaurant. Tables not assigned or setup for guests. Food very bland and cold by the time you queued for different parts. Booking slots for meals in restaurant would be better. Sun beds allowed to be held all day by certain people. Pool and spa centre dirty with grit and stones etc.

Terrible food, pancakes the only good thing at breakfast hence a huge queue, fried eggs not well done, lunch and dinner some food was disgusting I put on my plate and couldn't finish and I'm usually a very tolerant eater and not complicated person for food. I did find some good items to eat but it's altogether disappointing. Husband ate outside at least 4/7 days because he didn't even want to go to the hotel restaurant. Such a waste of our money to have paid for a full board. 3-4 acceptable things to eat such as soup, chicken nuggets, some spanish food, but all the other things just tasted bad such as fish, chicken with peppers, fried peppers, dried pork, potato. VERY NOSIY restaurant so our 4 year old daughter did not like going in. Lots of noise and people queuing and rushing, if you don't want to feel like an animal don't go in this hotel, they need to sort it out. Rooms not as nicely presented on photos, not renovated at least in our case so it was a bit disappointing to enter. The worst thing for me was the awful smell when you enter the hotel lobby, smells like weird food! I felt sorry we had chosen this hotel every time we entered the lobby from the outside. On some nights there was noise coming from the outside, but OK if you close the window. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 min to the town, uphill when you're going back from the town. This is the worst review I had written for a hotel, really disappointing to have spent our long awaited holiday there. My husband wanted to leave the second day but we gave it a chance. Staff could level up their customer service as well, not as good as we were used to. Anyway, the kids pool was the best part. If they improve the restaurant and all of the above it would probably be OK for a corrected price (overpriced).

The internet doesn't workThe buffet is overcrowded. The stations do not cover the large amount of people there. Very uncomfortable experience in most of the meals.Air conditioning is off at night from 11am to 8am.
