The coffee was terrible ?, and the gate door through the garden was closed, and we had to walk around the hotel to get into the city

The hotel is big, technically it is 5 stars, but more like 4.5. Still good for the price. I had higher expectations of Lloret-de-Mar, now it is too lively and touristy.

I can say that this is my second 5* hotel I have been to. Facilities and cleanliness are 9/10. The only thing I did not like is that my kids couldn't use the indoors pool so there is not much activity for kids during the Easter time. Very good hotel for couples.

Low quality of food , room very noisy, The hotel was totally understaffed , staff was amazing and trying to do his best. With the exception of the check out reception desk employee.

A lift down/up to car park would have been helpful but not a detail that would prevent us from going again. In any case Hotel staff were ready to help with our bags.

The rooms! Definitely not a five star hotel. The toilet was completely disgustingly dirty upon check in. Walls should be painted and room lay-out is not ideal.

Spacious, with lovely grounds and pool area. Very comfortable room , lovely bar area and good choice at both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Would certainly like to return to this hotel at sometime.

Unfortunately because we asked for an assessable room for my husband’s disability there was no view and it was noisy due to the A/C ducting running along the roof next to our room. That was very disappointing.

Excellent location and facility is well managed.

I can't fault it. Over delivered on all aspects. Loved the room, bathroom, restaurant etc. The outside area is great. The staff were so professional. I liked walking to the beach and back. It took about 15 min each way, but I'm 67 years old. I look forward to going back next year.

Service in the Ginger bar was hit and miss. Excellent when there was someone to serve you, but often you had to find someone, especially when there was no entertainment that evening.

Compliments to the staff, very polite and helpful.The restaurant Freu was a nice experience, etiquette 9/10

Beautiful outside pool and bar areas. Excellent variety and quality of foods at breakfast and dinner. Rooms spacious and beds very comfortable and clean. Quiet location. A joy to come back to!

Overall staff were friendly and helpfully particularly on reception and the lady who runs the dining room. Some of the waiters and chefs serving at dinner not so much! Paying for parking.

Despite a choice of dishes at breakfast was good but quality might be better. Hunting for clean plates for musli was also every day adventure.
