The location was very good you could directly go to closest shops and restaurants and near the bus station.

Great location and great staff. The rooms are really nice and have a balcony, would definetly stay here when I comeback.

Location is great, the room is pretty big.

You can hear every single word you neighbor pronounces.

Reception team were the only people that tried helping and accommodating. Especially the young lady and gentlemen who checked us in.. Much appreciated for the upgrade in to a big sofa room with two balconies, that was the only reason that kept us staying there.the housekeeping is some sort of miss understanding that failed to change linen and towels.The breakfast host was the type that did not bother even saying good morning in Spanish, what to say in any other languages. Just kept pointing finger where we had to sit, but had 0 interest that there was no food to eat again 09:00, although so called breakfast was supposed to be served till 10:00.Do not even get me started on quality of food - the bacon cocked a day before and thrown in to thermal dish to hear while being served. Eggs - boiled few days ago. No fruits, only 1 whole tomatoes with some dry olives covered in flys. Stale bread and dry cheese with dry salami/chorizo. Coffee - boil your own kettle or thermos that has been sitting there for days… juice and water was best option to drink - maybe??The noice - did not have a single night of sleep - bars, loud noises from around and especially people within the building partying all night long. No bar no restaurant not as it was advertised. Facilities old and worn off - needs refreshing.

The property was clean and spacious, only fault was the noise in the hotel on a night until 12.30am then people would arrive back at 4am and party until 6.30am in the rooms. We had to call reception multiple times. This is the only reason I wouldn’t return. Hotel and staff were lovely.

The hotel is very close to the sea and the night life, the staff is very nice.

From our room we could hear noise from other rooms and there was just a little bin in the bathroom for trash. Also we would have liked to have something more included in our reservation like the strongbox.

For the price its a very good deal. Its neat and well kept. Room service cleaned very well and the employees were very welcoming en friendly. They have a system to just leave your roomkey at the desk when you go out, which i really liked so you dont have to worry about losing the key.

Location is amazing, 1-2 min from the beach. Room was super clean. Staff, great and professional! Arnau, receptionist , young guy, was very friendly and he helped us a lot, the best words for him!

Too noisy

The room was in good condition, and there was daily room cleaning that made everything exceptional. I was missing safe inside the room, but somehow, I felt safe leaving my stuff inside. Breakfast was good, with a lot of options to choose from.

I'm not sure the hotel could do anything in this manner, but of the six nights I stayed, I had a good sleep only on the first night. The rest of the night, my neighbors were wild, banging on their own doors in the middle of the night, shouting in the corridors, and most likely ignoring the signs all over the hotel regarding troublemaking, smoking, and drinking alcohol inside the hotel.

The stuff was great and kind. Room was clean. Location was perfect, just a minute away from the beach, stores and restorants.

Everything was really great, only the third bed was a little bit short for a tall person :)

There is shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap and so on. But metal shelf on a balcony was but in rusty so after my first experience put on a towel and shorts there were spots on my cloth

I liked everything. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel has a perfect location in a quiet street, few minutes to the beach. Very nice people work there.

The room was large, clean, nice view from the balcony, large bathroom. The receptionists are very nice, polite & friendly! All the staff is nice! The breakfast was delicious.

the room was spacious and spotless. its a small hotel 2 minutes from the beach and restraurants. its in the old town and safe for solo travellers. those on reception were very helpful, friendly and spoke english especially Guilherme. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold food which is unusual abroad. the lady there very pleasant. the price was very good.

The walls are a paper thin and people were partying in the hotel all day and night making sleep impossible. We went for a relaxing beach vacation and it was anything but relaxing. The room comes with 3 beds for some reason so we used the 3rd bed to help block the noise from the hallway.

The room was bigger than I expected, it even had a couch. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and had enough options to satisfy one's hunger. I absolutely loved the location, it is very close to the beach and the main shopping street, but it is also far enough from all the discos to be quiet and peaceful.

Maybe it was because of my old tablet but the internet connection in my room ( 4th floor) was very weak.
