Food was delicious, close to the center.

Some of the employees were rude. The water in the pools was cold.

Staff and food were excellent.

The employees, the rules and the lack of respect. The prices were FALSE, in the booking prices for breakfast are 4,40, in the hotel are at 12.00 Euros/person, then at 10.20 the maid simply entered the room on us. ,then she tried again the next few minutes before 11.00 the right hour for checking out . Another one : the internet speed is really poor at higher levels 2,3,4...

Lovely, clean hotel with beautiful views. Near the sea and plenty of food places especially halal ones, which we were looking for.

Staff was super great!

It needs renovation. We woke up to a fish smell that wouldn’t leave. The air con did not work. We sweat all night.

No doors in the toilet

Had an amazing time in Alegria Sun Village. The food was tasty and there were so many different food options. The staff was wonderful - Yaiza, Sani, Mario, Hisham, Carlos and Marta from reception and also staff from restaurant and bar. There was even a DJ playing between 9-11 pm and people were dancing. The room was great and very clean with a sea view. I enjoyed chilling by the pool and in the chilling area. Location was also good, the beach was very close to the hotel. Overall expectional experience for a young solo traveler.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like.

Everything is good. The buffet was nice (although I didn't find where to book all inclusive); there's a nice view from a room; the place is clean and no noise after 11pm

Way too many kids and noise from them. I didn't notice any information that kids were allowed.Also, unfortunately, I found out too late that I could take my pet with Me. Information said "pets are not allowed", but somewhere deep down in the description they said that actually yes, I could take a pet.

Good place to stay overall. Good customer service at the restaurant. Good customer care, hardworkingstaff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner with attention to the details. Good quality food and customer focused staff.

Great value for money, super clean, drinks for friendly prices, very professional and helpful staff helped us quickly get a taxi to airport when the original one had a puncture.

Not very comfortable beds. Cold water in pool at the end of September.

Was here for 11 days with my girlfriend. The staff is very friendly, the front desk staff more than helpful with all questions I had. The room we got had a city and a sea view, had two balconies which I think is only one such room per floor. Great food verity , for breakfast more or less the same everyday but you can only get so creative for breakfast. Dinner had great options to choose from (chicken, fish, pork, venison as well as vegetarian options...), side dishes as well as deserts and fruits.The room was clean and cleaned daily.

Carpet in corridors were filthy, rooms were very small as in balcony was included in room size, decking around pool needed repair in some parts

The experience in this hotel was just terrible. 4 Stars is totally overrated. It’s easier to name the things i liked (the food) everything else in this Hotel is trash ! We switched Rooms 2 times. First time on our arrival because of the black Mold (Photos attached). Second time because of the leaking Air Condition in the middle of the night (packing again all of our Stuff) The third Room had a broken Wardrobe and the Toilette flush was defect (which has been repaired the next day) and the Wifi Signal was so poor that we had to use our mobile data for the last 4 Days. When i asked for a small refund (100€) the Management told me that i got a new room ever time and that’s it! Overall 1500€ for a very bad experience and all the other Reviews on here are not relatable for me and i feel scammed. The floor to the Rooms is so old and dirty i guess it’s still from 1995 like the Wifi Access Points and the Glas in the Restaurant so please consider to book another Hotel because this is not it guys ! Do not make the same mistake

The staff was super nice, helpful, and tried to accommodate any additional requests, definitely the strongest advantage :) . The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. There are supermarkets and a good restaurant nearby.

The surroundings of the hotel (city view) were quite loud, also it was very easy to hear people from other rooms. Altogether, not the best place for someone who is looking for a quiet place or is a light sleeper. Also, the hotel was not well maintained. The carpet in the corridor was smelling and looking really bad, and it was not due to bad cleaning service but rather not doing any maintenance work for years.

The location is great! In a seemingly more quiet part of town and only a few minutes from the beach. The hotel was pretty quiet (guessing as it’s not peak season) so there was always space by the pools and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

I had asked about late check out in advance and been told that was okay and to pay at the hotel. But once there we were told there was no availability for late check out. Not the end of the world but wish it had been communicated in advance that it wasn’t guaranteed.

The breakfast was great. Lovely selection of hot and cold foods.

The bed I had was very noisy really needed to be oiled.

It was clean and modern which was a great change from the hotel we had stayed in in the area previously! The hotel itself and outside area were nicely decorated and inviting

The outside area could have done with a revamp, the decking was unstable and we tripped a few times. The lighting in the foyer and downstairs entertainment area was so harsh and not very inviting. The white light in the communal areas made it unappealing to relax there

Breakfast was amazing, we decided couple of times to pay for dinner and it was great. Staff was really friendly, and the view from balcony was breath taking.

The NOISE, there is no sound insolation. you can hear the others while they do their .. in the toilet. Fridge didnt work , the safe didnt work . Never going back there.Price/quality very poor its for 3 star hotel ,max .
