I came here for a last minute child free relaxation spa break before I’m due to give birth in 5 weeks and let me tell you , I did far from relax, the spa was full of under 16s and adults in their with toddlers I tried to have a swim got kicked in my pregnant stomach about 3/4 times absolutely devastating. Couldn’t walk round anywhere to the the oversized parties of teenagers staying , each night at least 3 times a large group would walk past the room I was staying and wake me up with their loud discussions shouting and laughter, and on the final night the fire alarms all went off due to them smoking in their rooms and as I tried to evacuate walking down the stairs I can only described that I was trampled on by the stampedes of teenagers.

The female barmaid , worst attitude we have ever experienced

Attitude was terrible wouldn't give us cups with ice ????? Very rude , and next day I was on the phone to family back home , was on the balcony , she heard me talking , and gave me the worst annoying stair

Nothing about this hotel was pleasant or true to the booking.

The whole experience, we handed keys in after first day. Booked balcony view Rooms, got prison like rooms with a small window covered in bars. Rooms had graffiti on doors, toilets that slid across floors....avoid and save your money. Booking.com you provide no way of getting in biased help when on the holiday. The messages go directly to the hotel. We only stayed one night out of 8 and had to pay for new accommodation.

The staff here are very friendly! Magda behind the bar looked after us all week! The rooms are clean, a little on the small side for a family of 3.Pool area very clean. Drinks on the all inclusive was good with a good selection and a cocktail of the day.We stayed here last year also and having proper air conditioning did make a big difference to last year.

Food was awful, which is a shame as this is the only thing that let the hotel down.The lights in the room didn't work other than the bathroom!

Very dated, no power for two days, got told to use the torch on our phones by reception to use to have a shower, but phones were dead as rooms didn't have power

Im pay all includive im must buy Coffee for my self food very bad personál for bar nothing explain to my if i want somenting not bring me so i really not happy About this hotel im been 6 Times for táta destination but i never see hotel.like this thank you

Staff were lovely, hotel was clean, spa area was great, nice pool & pool bar, good location, lots of options for breakfast, activities on at night, value for money ?We had a nice big balcony (room 609) with a view of the pool and you could just see the sea. I would definitely recommend!

Air con wasn't great for the first few days but got better, not sure if the hotel centrally controls it.

The TV was old the whole hotel was old with rubbish facilities would never stay here again.

massively outdated rooms, really small shower, not enough plug sockets had to take it in turns charging phones in the bathroom,

Nice swimming pool, hot tub and wellness. Staff is very kind!

Rooms could be more spacious, half board guests doesnt have drinks at the dinner.

The noise at night by other people staying there no one told them to keep the noise down. There was roof top pool or heated pool as stated. The roads were very noise. No security, no lifeguard no cctv. Didn’t give us an early wake up call as promised

The personality of the people that worked in the kitchen , especially Giovanni that asked if there was anyone with any kind of allergies and helped them choosing some good food .

That there was too many people in the relax zone

Food can be more various, but still it was not bad, some days even very good and tasty

Breakfast every day same, not a big choice. Very noisy, very small pool and spa with only one sauna, other out of order. Too small rooms, uncomfortable beds, extremely old TV, out of order.

We made this reservation for our family to sleep one night. We could not use the room, hotel full of people drunk, noisy, no parking anywhere. It was not the place to stay with children at all, even one night. We had to choose not staying in the hotel because it was imposible to rest in a place like that and NOT appropiate at all for children. We did the search in booking page for a family hotel... THAT IS NOT AN HOTEL FOR A FAMILY WITH SMALL CHILDREN. It would be nice of you, if you return my money back.I am looking forward to hearing from youRegardsFrancisco Aparicio
