Swimming pools for kids and adults and evening animation for kids. Great position to reach the beach and town center

Food in all 3 restaurants were always the same every day! Low quality, zero cleaning no food variety expecially for kids!

Rooms are nice, just replace the faucet in sink and tub, so old. Airco could be better as well.

Heaven for kids. Pools are nice, there is a large variety of kid-friendly food, and a lot of great activities and shows. The staff is also super friendly.

The whole hotel, including the rooms and the furniture, was quite old. There were a few stains here and there.

The food options in several restaurants were quite delightful, and the pools and activities were also enjoyable.

It was quite apparent that the building had not been renovated, and this was visible throughout. Furthermore, the bidet in our toilet was leaking, causing the floor to become wet with wastewater. Despite informing the reception desk twice, no one came to address the issue.

absolutely NOTHING - there is nothing good at this hotel!!!

Reception - very very unfriendly. The rooms are old, everything is falling apart. It smells like mold, the furniture is falling apart. There is no cleanliness. There is dirt everywhere. They do not change the linen, do not add toilet paper, there is no hairdryer in the room, there is no refrigerator or minibar. The room is so small that you can barely move. this hotel is not worth even one star!!! The food is disgusting and very very poor choice. I do not recommend it. Stay far away from this hotel!!!

The resort is extremely spacious. Loved the fact that there were several pools to choose from as well as some water slides for the kids. Breakfast was pretty decent. A basic yet good selection for everyone

The hotel was pretty full and one of the elevators wasn't working. So we had to hike up and down the stairs for a couple of days, however on the bright side, we got some great exercise.

11p.m. and the alarm starts..well not so pleasant when you have a 18m.o. who just went to sleep

Pool closes at 7:00 pm and there are no towels in the pool area.

Breakfast was quite good. Buffet dinner good value, but very busy and noisy.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No toiletries, ie shower gel, shampoo.Air con poor. Horrible oversized sheets on bed. No duvet.Very noisy at night.Could never get near reception, always mobbed with people/kids.Bars very poor, very basic.

Room size is not big enough for 5 people. One of the worst breakfast and dinner options I have seen in a hotel and that too one rated 4 star. This is not hotel for vegetarian or Vegan as they have no options

The shower and pool was alright,location was okay

Where do I start,rooms was clean but there was mould on the curtains,smashed up tiles on the balcony,balcony felt like it was on a slope,very noisy hotel,screaming and shouting till gone 4am,carpets in the corridors was stained and very dated,food was disgusting,I seen the reviews and thought people was just picking,I thought I'd go try it out and never again will I step through them doors,staff had p#Ss poor attitude,the ATM at the reception took half my money and when i went and spoken to someone about it and they couldnt of cared less,my son put his money in the pool table something went wrong with it again staff couldn't of cared less,I couldnt wait to get out the place even looked for other hotels to stay in,I booked a taxi the night before I left and gave the 10 euros deposit for it,came to the time to get in it and it hadn't been booked and again started asking for another 10 euros deposit I was fuming,me and my son sat out at 1.30 am having to wait for another taxi that nearly got sent to a diffrent airport through the staff telling him it was the one I wasn't meant to be going to,i could write all day it would take too long to write down everything,this hotel is a shambles,it really wasn't a nice place to stay!!!! ****AVOID AT ALL COSTS*****

the selection at breakfast was actually not too bad. Cleaning staff and kitchen staff worked very hard and deserve a raise. the kids did enjoy their time in the pool.

The front desk manager was rude, i dont know how anyone could have given her the position of manager, the other front desk staff were lovely. The toilet seat in one room had a rude picture drawn in permanent marker and the other rooms bathtub had a big sharp rust bubble right where one would stand for a shower.Signage around the hotel was terrible.Myself and my wife booked a Couples 50minute massage with one hour in the GEM spa BUT we had approx only 40 minutes in spa and the actual massage was only 35 minutes. The spa area looks like it hadnt been cleaned after building work, the massage was poor, we were told to lie face down for a few minutes but we waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone came in. After the massage we were told to relax but left in the dark with no obvious lights anyware, ridiculous. when my wife asked afterwards why the massage was so short and obviously not 50 minutes she was told that was standard.Obviously standard practise not to give you what you paid for. If we knew that we would not have paid for the longer treatment. No way 4 star!

The location of Hotel Guitart is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to many local attractions. However, it is worth noting that the hotel was quite busy during my stay, and a significant number of guests were notably noisy. Despite this, our stay at Hotel Guitart Lloret de Mar was pleasant, and we felt it was great value for the money. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. We would recommend this hotel to others, especially for those looking for a good balance between quality and affordability.

The dining area was somehow small, and at times we had to wait in line to be seated. This was a minor inconvenience but worth noting for future guests.
