Gran Hotel Flamingo-Adults Only

The location was ideal for everything I wanted to do.

There was an ant problem. The cleaning staff stole my medication(I'm sure they thought it was something else being I didn't actually leave them in the pharmacy bottles). They half cleaned the bathroom area.

Amazing staff and hotel. Number one strongly recommended.The club upstairs is really nice with a very nice pool, bar, chill area. The receptionist was amazing, upgraded my room, and gave us a toilet bag as a gift.

The only problem is parking. I parked in the underground parking in front costed me 39 euros ?

The rooftop pool was a great vibe. The hotel was in a great location and the staff were great.

We were in an end block room which was very large, comfortable, well decorated and comfortable. The staff were friendly, roof top pool was a treat in the evening. Breakfast was pretty standard buffet fair. Excellent value, great location near beach and bus station.

I spent 20 euros just to get an offset parking with tiny space that almost can’t fit my mid-sized car.

A warm welcome and thanks to all the staff members. The hotel is truly amazing and worth staying at any price. The rooms have perfect sound and vibration isolation, and the rooftop offers an amazing view. The staff members are polite, the prices are affordable, and the organization is excellent. Thanks a lot!

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better; both of the pools are great.

The washroom had mold, the shower door didn’t close properly, and the shower handle kept falling off, which was quite annoying. The cleaning service did not leave the room as clean as expected. The website states that the hotel offers an airport shuttle, but in reality, this service is not available. The Wi-Fi only worked in one part of our room, and the fridge did not maintain a proper cold temperature.

Wonderful stay at this resort. Central location, beautiful pool and facilities! Highly recommended.

The bed was huge, the biggest I've ever seen in any hotel room, I think it's 2m wide. Also very confortable and the pillows too. The room was very spacious and plesant. Big TV screen.

There was a smell in the bathroom.

Great location good food and lovely room

The rooftop was such a nice surprise and so worth paying extra for it. I wish I could have enjoyed the pools up there but it was gorgeous for sunset.

I wish wi-fi would have reached the rooftop but other than that, it was clean, easy to navigate and very comfortable. I do wish the cards wouldn't automatically lock after your check-out time.

The girl at the reception was very nice, and the bed was big.

The bed was a little soft for us.

Ideal location, & even though it was on the main street it was very quiet at night. Great value for money.

Provision of luggage room after checking out before Airport transfer. Housekeepers friendly & tidy.

Staff at the canteen/cafeteria are not friendly especially those packing used plates. Fan in the room not sufficient as the heat from the sunshine increases. No telephone directory in the room to make call/request.

Absolutely everything. Should be a 5 star hotel.Modern fresh rooms. Breakfast.....what can I say? Best I've seen in Europe so far.Lots of areas to sit and relax organised like lounges all open plan.Amazing roof terrace with pools and lots of seating.Already booked a return!

Only thing was a loudly spoken female on roof terrace on her phone constantly breaking through the peace and quiet. Maybe add this to the rules on the roof terrace.

Everything about the hotel was lovely so clean and spacious. Roof top pool a bonus. Cleaners exceptional couldn't do enough for you.

Breakfast cold every morning a microwave would be handy to reheat it. Also there was a lady on the bar downstairs one of the days and she was extremely rude to me and my friend. She was giving us dirty looks and really made me feel so uncomfortable.
