After 30 days traveling thru Germany luxenboug brussels France and Spain this is my favorite hotel ....its beautiful comfortable breakfast is amazing front desk and breakfast staff sooo kind and helpful....I shall return!!!!

NOISE.1. You could hear every footstep from the room above. 2. There is a soccer field right outside the hotel where they play semi-professional games that are so loud the walls shook.

The hotel is brilliant the rooms are great had a family suite with pool view and the bathroom is massive.

My only issue was at breakfast there isnt enough coffee machines and when it was busy you stand around waiting to get a coffee

The property was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The reception team were very, very accommodative, friendly and helped me in every single situation. There was a gentleman in the bar and in the restaurant that I really really enjoyed his service. I don’t remember his name, but I said I would mention his name when I planned to write the review. He is very good at his job and I remember I went to the restaurant and he offered us this lemon alcoholic drink on the house and it was amazing and I will never forget him. I wish I had physical cash with me to actually tip him at the time However I did not but I do intend to come back and look after everyone the same way they looked after me. I would like to thank the person who did the check in for me and it was actually the same person that did the check out for me. I forgot the name but he was absolutely spectacular and the way they conducted the check-in process and the checkout process and I have been to hotels before That take forever to check in and check out but his service was very smooth very attentive, rapid and I just want to say thank you for looking after me. Thank you for everyone who made this experience memorable I’m so sorry I don’t remember anyone’s name. I actually wanted to call but I didn’t want to feel embarrassed. I just wanted to say thank you for the hospitality and I’m wishing everybody the best. I hope the summer is gonna be busy lots of guests And I shall see you very soon.

One thing I can say is apparently no external guests are allowed after a certain time and this information was not shared when I made the booking, which is fine. However, I enjoyed every moment of my stay so it was okay.

Very spacious hotel and the bar staff were exceptional.

The receptionist tried to justify that the car park facilitates were very far from the hotel and there was a €15 daily fee.He told me to find a parking space on the nearby streets. I was driving around for 30 minutes to try and find a space….not happy!

Central location, close walking distances to everything in Lloret. Immaculate decor and cleanliness. Helpful staff, large complex with enough space to enjoy your visit there Breakfast was great with an amazing selection, the only downside was breakfast only starts at 7:30am so on day of departure this time did not work for us.

The deco of the hotel is really stylish and has lovely holiday vibe. The staff are all so friendly and helpful.The spa is gorgeous and a real treat.

The bathrooms have no privacy, room was slightly small but we asked for an upgrade and they accommodated us very nicely

Beautiful, clean hotel in the heart of Lloret de Mar. The breakfast was perfect, lots of variety and new options every day. Staff is very friendly. Also very child friendly hotel in case you’re travelling with children.

Hotel is excellent, clean, breakfast was amazing. 2 separate pools, one in 8th floor for adults is excellent with a lovely bar. Staff are lovely. You can even watch a football game from your balcony. What is not to love

On behalf of my whole family I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Hotel staff for their patience and assistance! We had a really amazing stay: the food was exceptional, the price for drinks was very adequate, the location is perfect and of course the kindness of the staff! We will definitely return to L’Azure Hotel!

Everything was great!

The hotel was excellent - very new - beautiful main pool and rooftop pool, breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent and catered very well for gluten free diet. bar staff friendly and helpful

The layout of open concept bathroom meant very limited privacy - only a sliding screen that didnt click into place or lock - unfortunately this would put me off staying her again

Hotel was very comfortable, great interiors and colours;)

Great hotel near all Lloret highlights. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay at the pool. Next time in Lloret we will book again.

Very poor communication about which ra and restaurants were open. Seemed to change e try day and no communication to guests.
