Hotel Robson - Smart Hotel

Comfortable bed and clean, near everything in Lloret.

Unfortunately I stayed one day without hot shower, and when we arrive in the room had some little flies. At least they were really kind and have a part of refund for the hot water.

Location was perfect, short walk to the main street/beach. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable!

The bathroom didnt have a lock which was a bit annoying for me and my friends personally.

Horrible.

On booking it said we can pay a bit over 20€ for a private parking garage. we needed this option because we were traveling with a car full of valuable things. it said we couldn’t reserve the parking in advance, only when we got there. when we got there, first of all, it was self-check in and there was nobody we could talk to, and second of all, when we called the number that was sent to me via email, it was a call center and we were told there was no parking available. we were told on the phone there is parking available 5 minutes away from the hotel, which we were completely unsatisfied with, because, as i mentioned, our car had many valuable things in it, which meant that we needed to have it as close to our accomodation as possible. we asked the call center agent to give us a good parking option but he was unable to do so. he said he would send me a link with the private parking that was 5-10 minutes away from the hotel, but he never ended up messaging me. It was 9 PM, we had been driving for 12 hours, we were extremely tired but we had to drive for another hour to find a good accomodation with private parking available, because Robson Hotel had apparently lied to us and therefore put us in a very disturbing situation. We left and couldn’t even get a refund, because the 46€ we paid for one night was unrefundable. We are very angry and disappointed!

Nothing. Worst hotel ever.

The hotel staff does not exist. They sent us the wrong reservation number. The only option was an international call that we paid more than the price of the accommodation. They also kept us on the line to pay a fee of 2 euros!!! several minutes later because their payment link did not work. The room does not even come close to the pictures on booking...

Everything great! Clean, equipped, even welcome coffee and water, what is rare. Location 7, 8 min from beach.I give it 11. And it deserves more stars.

Very good value for money and location

More information needs to be available regarding options for parking.There is plenty of parking at the seafront which is short walking distsnce to all the hotels

It was clean

Like the other 3 couples stood in the freezing cold trying to enter the hotel we wondered who or why a hotel would make it so difficult to enter a hotel?! And then you have to spend an hour trying to check in with a computer system SO ANNOYING you want to cry!

Very poor

The two girls in room 202 started screaming, drunk, and banging on the rooms from 5:50 in the morning until 7:00. We warned them that we would call the police and they laughed at us. We had a bad night.

Location, cleanliness, very friendly and accommodating staff, well thought-through and presentable roof terrace, private coffee machine in the room

We stayed only one night so for short stay it’s fine. Everything quite new and clean. Central location.

Room was dark and not cosy and really noisy from the street.

It was very nice. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are cute not great view for our room.

The lift is a little bit scary

Newly renovated hotel, modern, clean rooms, great location.

Good position, brand new renovation, nice modern decoration, comfortable

They don't know what vegan means, they asked if we wanted a vegan breakfast but it wasn't vegan (both days). It would be nice to offer more coffee in the room since there is none available in the hotel. The "automatic" check in didn't work and the process was way slower than it could be with a traditional check in system.

The staff was very friendly, in particular Sonia. The Rooms were clean and had all what I needed for a short stay.

A bit noisy

The location was excellent for beach,city center and bus station. Hotel /room was very clean.

Room a bit small. Not enough place for cloths. Not enough rooms with balcony. (Roof terrace under construstion, off limits, will be nice when finished)

The mattress are really good, great air conditioning

For others can check in at 12 for me it was at 15:00 only. The reception lady asked on the phone the cleaner. Don't take room on 3rd floor nightmare as the ceiling neither the walls are soundproofed. There is rooftop place and lounges, basically in the room you will hear every step, extremely noisy. Other problem is they started reconstruction of the hotel in the middle of the summer season. Zero sense and logicAfter you wash swimwear not many options where to dryThis place is better for young people. If you come with kids forget about itI had a toilet leakage on the floor and asked by administration to provide photos? What the heck send a technician don't question your customer. Technician was not sent to fix the toilet leakage.Forget about the rule customer is always right and most respected here.

My room was small but very cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Everything is new, clean and stylish. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helped to solve all the questions that arose during the stay in the city.

Recently renovated, cool design and perfect location near the sea

Renovated as new and coolly designed hotel. 5 minutes walk from a nice beach, plenty of restaurants and shops around.
