The hotel is central to the center and very close to the beach. The morning brunch has a lot of options and the hours for brunch are incredible.

The checking process is not customer friendly and lacks a customer-centric experience. We ordered a double bed and were given two twin beds. They said they would fix the issue the next day but did not.

Great value for money. Stylish decorations, that made the stay very pleasant.The unlimited brunch was a great value and it included a variety of foods, although on Sunday the capacity was surpassed, with a long queue of people waiting to enter.5 min walk from the beach.

Being pregnant, me and my friend booked the hotel mainly to rest, and someone knocked at our doors at 3pm, during nap time, just to ask "if we needed something". That of course broke our sleep, and we didn't really get why someone would come at that time to knock.

Liked the breakfast, and swimming pool area with chill background music.

Neighbors very loud couldn’t sleep 4 nights, called security on them many times, no resolution. This is a recurring thing, there are many dubious irish guests at the hotel and in general in Lloret. They are loud and don’t care of they make noise all night. Also the hotel’s walls are paper thin. Safe has a hidden fee.

The food, the stuff and the fact that it is in the heart of the city.

We paid a lot of money for the parking...90 Euro for 2 days and a half..

Located near the market, city center, the beach... Self check-in with the option to unlock the door using your mobile phone. Very good internet and breakfast (great variety of breads, eggs, sweet treats, fruits, veggies, coffee and more)

The door of the bathroom was wooden slide and could not completely closed, apx 3-5cm. Pillow too narrow and not comfy. The hotel has one washing machine and one dryer (not free), but most of the time they were occupied. Once, after I finally managed to wash my clothes, the dryer was in use by hotel service. I waited for it to finish, but then they started another cycle. I was very dissatisfied because I ended up with wet clothes that I couldn't hang on the balcony due to the wind.

a very cool concept. breakfast was amazing. pool is small, but there’re lots of sunbeds and it’s pretty cool chilling there. there’s also a bar next to it. location is great, right next to the bus station, not far from the beach. i wish we stayed there longer. nice staff

the bathroom is tiny and separated from the sink. it was weird, but at least everything was in great condition, so we didn’t have any issues. we had 2 single beds even though i asked for a double, i’m pretty sure (or maybe they didn’t even ask), but we were staying for one night only, so we didn’t ask to change

The breakfast and pool were very nice!

Teenagers next door were up and parties until 4.33am.

Other patrons partying until 1 am. I had to text front desk for them to be quiet.

The staff are all accomodating and friendly.The location is good. Cozy room and brunch is perfect to those who like to start their day late.

Somehow OK value for money. The breakfast is OK. But if you're not a 20yo, you'll be bothered by the lack of professionalism on their side and the noise from other guests.

The fact that they don't bother to help you check in. The fact that they don't have anyone at their reception during the night. Our neighbors were screaming and moving furniture at 5am and they don't bother doing anything for two consecutive nights although I informed them both at the reception and in their application. The fact that they disabled our entrance cards on our last day while we had our breakfast and couldn't get in our room for 40 minutes until the person at the reception figured it out.

Very small room but pretty comfortable. No fridge, no small kithcenete, no parking. Parking is next to the hotel around 30€ per day- super expensive, unfortunately. Service is nice. But u should count parking.

I liked Natalia at the reception and I liked how central the location was.

The kitchen staff were cold and unwelcoming and the cleaning staff didn’t do a good job. The rooms were NOT cleaned every day. The last time the bathroom was cleaned was Sunday. The shower gel offered was also not replenished. I don’t know if it should have been though.

No washbasin in toilet/shower room it was located in hallway beside main bedroom door.

I liked the central location of the hotel. The staff were lovely, but more could be needed. The brunch was adequate.

I didn't like that there was no English spoken on the TV in the bedroom. I told the girl on reception, a guy came and tried to fix the problem, but was unable to. He tried on numerous days and couldn't get the languages (english) working. I could get German, Polish, French, etc but no English. I didn't like the fact that (cold fried eggs are horrible) the hot part of the brunch was cold. I particularly hated the fact that someone was knocking on the hotel bedroom wall at 4 am. but I was leaving the next day so I didn't complain. I was given a free upgrade but I got no sun on the balcony till around 4 or 5 in the evening. Try to get a room on the poolside. the light on the balcony never worked.
