Hotel Guitart Rosa - Adults Only

This is a fabulous hotel with a great morning buffet breakfast everything you could want to eat. Fab pool area and gardens perfect for couples and honeymoon couples. Very romantic gardens etc. Great friendly staff. We loved it ?

We stayed on the fourth floor, we were kept awake by birds on the roof scratching and tweeting All night,

Garden & pool area were very nice. good choice for breakfast. All the staff were very pleasant. very central for town & beach

Carpet in corridors very dirty ,old and stained. Rooms could could with a bit of an upgrade , But they were very clean

Dreadful - Do not be fooled by the presentation of this property on the booking websites.This property is tired and run down and looks nothing like the photos it has posted of its public areas or rooms for that matter.We had booked a 2 night stay Mid August in a Room with a Garden View which when you click on it under the Room Availability heading brings up photos of a lovely bright room with a nice Balcony to sit out on with Pool or Garden views, On arrival we immediately became aware that the property was far more run down than it appears in their photos and is located in a back street area where the front of the property,,where the Pool and Garden ( which is a concreted area with large flower pots ) are located are actually enclosed on the other 3 sides by the backs of what appear to be equally run down properties.Upon checking in we were brought to our allocated Room via a  Lift Lobby & Corridor which disturbingly were covered by heavily stained carpet tiles. Our allocated room whilst resembling the website photos in layout was far darker and the Balcony Area which was fronted by a 4 ft tall solid wall was circa a foot wide by 4 foot long.so barely enough room to stand out on, never mind sit out on. We immediately returned to the Reception and stated to them that this Room was not comparable with the Room type which had influenced us to make our booking and asked to be given a Room of that type ie a Room with a Balcony upon which you could at least sit out on. We were informed that the Hotel was full and that this was the only Room available. We informed the Manager that this was not acceptable and asked for our booking to be cancelled and the payment refunded. The Manager refused this request and then asked us to accompany her to view a room which had a Balcony and a Pool View.

Yard and pool are amazing. Breakfast has a lot of options. We are vegans, and we have soya milk and cereals, jams, fruits and nuts… but today everyone can expand vegan offer with some easy meals, for example avocado toast, maybe plant based sausages, tofu scramble…. Or to have that on request when they have vegans in a hotel. A restaurant La Iguana, few minutes from a hotel has amazing vegan options. Rooms were really clean. Stuff nice. Beds comfortable, wifi incredible. And location city center. Everything you need for a perfect stay. They were making our beds and cleaning rooms everyday.

Breakfast was really good, a lot of different options, and the location is perfect, the city centre is 5 minutes away, as well as the beach.

The room is not as it was on the picture on booking and I really think they sholud change the windows and put a blanket in the wardrobe just in case it is cold, because nights were really cold when we were staying there and the staff in kitchen should learn english as soon as possible.

Beautiful garden and pool and the stuff is very friendly. The place is very convenient, right on the corner of a busy vibrant shopping street.

Location was excellent, close to beach, close to all shops bars and restaurants in quiet location. Breakfast was a good variety of food for a 3 star hotel and tasted good.

We paid for more expensive room and our balcony was so small we could not sit out on it, no chairs fit. You could just about stand on it. All pool view rooms which were cheaper had a balcony with table and chairs. The pool area does not really get much sun during the day from shade of surrounding buildings, I would have really liked a balcony I could sit and enjoy sun and at premium rate of pay expected that from pictures.

Com website of the rooms are not what we were given,the grounds and reception were fantastic but the 5/6 story block built on the side is at best dated and scruffy the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from both sides above and below, bed was OK, small balcony with a metal grill for a view,bathroom very dated,hallway dark no natural light black shiny track on carpet the main accommodation block is in serious need of renovation throughout

The breakfast is the best.The location is the best one you can have in Loret, near the beach, in the center, near the Bus Station, market, cafes , restourants..

The rooms are a bit old, not clean enough , the wardrobe was fully dirty.The first room that we got had a bed which was making a sound even if you seat, and we didnt slept all night long. The isolation is very bad , you hear everything from the floor above, and the speaking of the cleaning womens in the early morning.After that we asked on reception for a change, the guy was polite and gave us another room which was much better.

The rooms were terrible and the bathroom smelt of cat wee. The only rooms shown on booking.com are definitely not the rooms you get given. We were very disappointed.

Location,Staff, food.

Walls are to thin. Residents having sex late at night and early morning 5-30, were waking us up. Walls need sound insulation.

Breakfast great. I am vegan and although I stuck with the fruits and nuts I was impressed they put out oat milk for my coffee. Original part of the building is actually beautiful. The hotel is a short walk to any location that you could wish to experience. Would come here again without hesitation.

When we got to the room it smelt a bit like damp, soon sorted by leaving door open

Beautiful adult only hotel had garden view room, also view to the pool, which was very spacious. Very calm atmosphere right in the heart of Lloret. Visited from the uk with family living close by. The breakfast included was an excellent buffet that had a great variety of food. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be staying again.

The hotel was very dated, and the rooms were basic, no tea or coffee in the room, and the breakfast was very poor.

Great location away from other hotels and crowds, with clean comfy room, large bathtub, sunny terrace, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, swimming pool big enough to do short laps in, relaxing entrance garden and common areas.

Some nights the streets were loud, which could be reduced by closing the windows. Would have enjoyed a mini fridge or at least a water kettle/ coffee maker in the room.

All the staff are very friendly. The hotel is just 4 minutes away from the Bus Station, a few minutes away from the beach and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
