Nice rooms and staff

almost everything. perfect location, exellent restaurant. clean. had activities in hotel.

tv was rather small and barely any english language channels. elevators did not work all the time. had to walk stairs to 5th floor few times.

Location

Music in the like bar. Mostly the bar had very little customers and the bar man continued each evening to pump out rock music at high levels, very annoying. There was 5 of us and each time we asked to turn it down this was done, but 5 mins later it was high again.

The only thing I like about the hotel is that it was in a good location.

In the room there was no fridge so you can’t keep your drink cold. The Ac was not working I reported it which a staff came to fix it but still did not work. Did not cool the room at all. The pool upstairs is more for toddlers. It also has a pool down stairs and even though my kids were 12 they were still too short for the depth of the pool. If you buy anything like food, you can’t sit and have it any where on the hotel property if you did not buy it from the hotel. The kids were asked not to sit and have their ice cream and the only reason why we were sitting is because my mom knees was hurting her and she wanted to rest for abit. Maybe it was just their rules for us because I saw other customers sitting and eating their KFC and foods from other establishments on the property. During the night while asleep, you can hear knocking on the door. My kids did not enjoy nothing there and we just could not wait to leave.

The breakfast wasn’t bed it was in line what you can expect from a 4* hotel.The stuff was helpful and friendly The bathroom is refurbished, modern

Location is terrible if you want to sleep too The furnitures just meet the minimum standard it is much more 2* hotel like furniture There was drainage smell in the room when I arrived You need to pay deposit for the airconditional remote

Amazing location, pool was a nice size and clean and also the hotel beds were so comfy. Would definately reccomend!

The staff at the hotel are very friendly, English speaking and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet and variety was decent although some more fruit instead of pastries would be an improvement! My room was comfortable, a good size, clean and had everything I needed.

It should be noted that this hotel caters for large groups (and in the case of my stay multiple college kid groups from Italy and France!). Large groups of kids meant on 2 out of 3 nights it was impossible to get any sleep as they were running up and down the corridors, vomiting outside my room and slamming doors until 3:00 AM! Shouting across balconies and just generally having little respect for other guests. Had I realised this I would have chosen a different hotel as I was there to work and couldn't rest.

Good hotel in the club area of Lloret, very friendly staff, spacy room with a modern bathroom. Because of the vicinity of the clubs, there inherently are noises until late in the night

The water flew anywhere in the bath but not into the shower sink, leading a constant puddles in the bathroom.The doors are very loud, noise isolation could be better

Only 1 socket in room & no mini fridge also had to pay for safe . Not a 4 star hotel

The reception staff was really nice and the location was good and the food was delicious and various.

The air conditioner was too old and produced a lot of noise, there was no soap in the toilet in the first few days. They didn't change bad sheets during all 11 days. The staff at the kitchen doesn't speak English. At dinner there was no even water, I had to buy it each time.

The staff are not so friendly or helpful. The lift was out of service more than once.

The room& staff wasn’t pleasant. Ended up checking out 6/7hours ahead,because I didn’t feel safe.

The breakfast needs work.But Location was great! The room was a adequate size and nice balcony size.

No fridge in rooms was main issue. No free safe for important documents. No iron for clothes. Balcony support felt unsafe needs some attention.

Great location, and very clean and we had a great view of the pool

Breakfast was beautiful with a good selection of food, rooms were good size beds very comfortable with a nice modern bathroom with walk in shower.

The decor in the rooms was dated compared to the bathroom which was modern. The pool was very small with little room for beds and customers from the coffee shop attached to the hotel could see right in so we opted for the rooftop which had plenty of beds and 2 very small pools that you could paddle your feet in but they weren’t the cleanest and had stones lying at the bottom. The property had 2 very small lifts that were very slow I am disabled and sometimes had to wait almost 10 mins for the lift to come

The only positives are the price, and the location for access but not great for staying the night.

Things I didn’t like;• Some of the staff are unhelpful, as soon as you want something that requires a little more effort than giving you room keys they don’t know English (wanted to change my room due to noise), anything else they knew how to speak.• Way too much noise from the street, parties and club music if you’re a medium to light sleeper don’t bother. People screaming outside and too much music. Can also hear phone calls from people above you and next door getting it on. • hairs and dirt all on the floor of the room• bed is like a rock, definitely need liqueur to help you sleep. Unfortunately I don’t drink so had to wait it out
