Great location.

Slightly dated. Food is small buffet

Great value for money, located in a city center, polite staff. Nice pool,jacuzzi and sauna on the rooftop.

Dinner and breakfast can be much much better.

It was near to the bus station 3 minutes walk, restaurants, to the beach 10 minutes walk. Good facilities, good staff

The time of the check in was late, but still we kept our bags there and had a tour around

You could choose lunch or dinner, but you didnt know beforehand what food they had.Also drinks (even water) was not included, you had to pay for that.

That was nice and quiet place! I love the food selection, that was always different and spa on the roof.

Very friendly staff, central location, nice room. Rooftop and spa facilities were great. We went around midday and had it all to ourselves for 30 mins.

No parking onsite. The parking is one block away which is not so convenient for luggage/ strollers etc. It is also expensive at 20 euro a day considering it is not included in the hotel fee. Balcony’s are very small, not big enough to sit on. Breakfast could be a little better quality but selection was okay

Location : bus station 2 minutes walk from hotel ; lovely beach 5 minutes walk; everything you need around the hotel .Fresh towels every day .Staff friendly .

Quite noisy in the early hours of the morning from bin lorry or beer barrels dragged along the road . Food was ok, but probably not the best option to book meal included as mostly cold and not a lot to choose from , but fair to price . Not expensive so I guess we cannot expect too much .

Second time I stayed here and very friendly staff.. good variety of food at meal times and very close to all the amenities...

Room good size,clean plus fridge a big advantage.

Super location, clean , friendly staff, comfortable bed, big balcony in room, big refrigerator.

Food on lunch and dinner is inedible in most cases. We caught ourselves getting frustrated only thinking of hotel food at the end of our vacation. Frequently they put leftovers from previous days and sometimes it's beyond limit, for example smelly melons which are clearly not fresh. But we were able to find something to eat most of the time, but the choice was so limited.

Location is perfect. Staff are great. Pretty expensive stay but the prices for food and drink whilst at the hotel are relatively good. Nice view from the roof.

Wi-Fi didn’t really work. Expensive stay.

The hotel has nice rooftop pool with sauna and bar. We had FB option. The food was pretty okey. Close to the bars and restaurants.

The accommodations are not in line with 4*. Some rooms are very poor, with 20 years old furniture and bad ventilation. The cleaning of rooms could be better. It is very noisy during night outside. This location is not for peaceful leisure.

Staff very friendly especially the two lads running the bar. Half board and loads of variety. Close to all.

Walls very very thin. Can hear people next door fairly easy. Can be noisy outside in early hours if you are back before revellers.

The best was the staff. The staff were lovely, went above and beyond to make the best of our stay accommodating all of our requests. They were very kind too. We loved the facilities (buffet, rooftop bar and pool, spa, sauna). THE ROOFTOP POOL CLOSED AT MIDNIGHT!! So you can enjoy and refresh at night. We stayed in a room with Spa bath on the 5th floor and it was big. The balcony was small but had lovely views (partial sea views) and the spa bath was the top.The location was very convenient, close to everything (bus station 3 mins. Away with links to Barcelona and the airport, surrounded by Restaurants, pubs and supermarkets, the beach was about 5 mins walk...). The food was delicious. We chose full board and always had a lot of variety and healthy options.Rooms were cleaned everyday end bedding and towels changed. The room also had a big fridge which was very useful.

The room was noisy due to it being next to clubs, but we expected this so it did not bother us.The Spa bath was also loud and noisy, found it difficult to relax. The rooms are a bit outdated and there were lots of One lamp was broken. Also, no big deal but the is no kettle in the room, which I suggest, and a mini bar or some refreshments in the fridge. No tooth brush or tooth paste was provided. We paid for Full board and the buffet did not include drinks, which we were aware of from other reviews. The dinner until 21:30 was too early..
