at least the elevator worked

the internet barely functioned within the hotel room (2nd floor), i couldn’t contact anyone unless i went downstairs into the lobby where it was stronger. there are no other bathrooms to use besides the one in the hotel room if the receptionist says the one downstairs is available; there were stains on the bed, curtains; when mentioning that the remote for the tv in our hotel room was missing nothing was done about it. the smoke detector appeared to have been removed and we were dismissed about that issue as well… the lights to the bathroom within the hotel room flickered every time it turned on which could be a hazard to anyone with photosensitive epilepsy. Not the greatest place if you’re not a heavy sleeper

The location is great, 4 minutes walk to the beach, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, everything is around the hotel,Great bathroom!

The room smells, a strong bleach smell and the tv only had worked in German language.

Excellent location for us and exactly what we were looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean.

The bed was very hard. That's my only 'complaint'.

Staff was friendly and compared to other hotels it was quite cheap. It’s nice that there’s a very good bakery close by.

Unfortunately the bathroom did not look like in the pictures, it was very old and it was impossible to shower, not enough water was coming.

Nice location , clean rooms, friendly staff

Small hotel close to the centre, bus station, bars and restaurants. Clean room with a comfy bed and a good shower with toiletries provided. Air Con in the room is good. Good value for money hotel with a Cafe available onsite.

Maybe a fridge in the room would be good.

Check in was at 3 and they didn’t even start cleaning the room. Room was still dirty once cleaned and noisy all night hearing doors shut every two seconds or people screaming. Wouldn’t come again

Great location, very easy to be in the heart of Lloret within minutes. Lovely staff who were very helpful. I had a LAST MINUTE BOOKING and they were very helpful to accommodate me so quickly.I also had paid for Breakfast and I had an early start and the receptionist was very happy to help me get some breakfast before my departure. The breakfast timings were normally from 8-10am and I had to leave at 7.30 so I was grateful I was still offered to have some breakfast at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE OR PROBLEM.

This Hotel is good but if these things were to be improved the hotel would be better1. My room ( first floor) - The Air Con did not work- I pressed every button on the remote. Could have had the window open but if you want loud noise of partying from Lloret, you would have to listen to that.2. The walls are VERY THIN! There was a couple next door to mine and I could hear EVERY WORD of an argument they were having along with ANY ADULT ACTIVITY THAT WAS HAPPENING.... 3. Only the COLD TAP worked in my bathroom and the bathroom sink had a crack in it. 4. The mattress were like ROCK - so HARD and NOT at all comfortable. Only 2 pillows and no spare ones. No SPARE duvet Only a blanket if you wanted. 5. No RUBBISH BIN. I had to leave my rubbish on the side table.

The hotel is central and a ideal place for people watching. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. Its a small hotel so the reception isn't very busy and they get to know the tourists personally. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a little noise from traffic on the main road to the side of the hotel but it wasn't a problem

I Loved the staff, they were very kind and helpful, specially Omar! Late check in was possible, so it was great. Omar gave me the direction where to buy my SimCard and also booked a taxi to Girona's airport!! Simple breakfast but super enough for me! Near the bus station, walking streets and the beach.I had to work one day and the internet connection was stable.I am a solo traveller, and I felt safe and comfortable there. I highly recommend this place!

the room was so old and the bathroom as well compared to other hotels, for half that price we could get a much nice hotel, also the price was soo high for winter which is not a season.

Absolutely nothing about the hotel.The location is good however.

The receptionist on arrival was rude and unpleasant. I was told that our room wasn't ready (we arrived before check in time of 3 o'clock, so it was understandable), so I asked if it would be possible for the cleaners to start with our room when they started their cleaning route because we were tired after a long journey. I was told that she is also tired and everyone has the right to eat ?‍♀️ Bizarre, unpleasant overreaction to a normal query by a guest. I was told that I cannot dictate how they clean their hotel. I had no idea how to respond! Rooms are dirty and totally run down. Bedding and towels are old, worn, bobbly and ripped. Rooms are not cleaned each day, nor are the beds made. No bin in the room so rubbish is just left piling up , insufficient towels every day so we had to ask for more at reception and share towels. Shower cord broken, curtain covered in mold. Noise from other guests and outdoors is disturbing - other guests and people outside were not being unreasonably noisy, there is just no soundproof doors or windows so every sound can be heard. The photos advertised is complete false advertising!
