Hotel Helios Lloret

the hotel staff, were so accomodating. the hotel is beautiful very clean and the breakfast is amazing

Everything was very clean and the staff were super friendly. We loved staying at Helios and recommend it for both family and friends vacations!

Comfortable double bedNespresso machine Bottles of water

Bar wasn’t greatView could have been better

The location of the hotel, the facilities and above all the friendliness of the front of house staff, the bar staffand the cleaning staff !

The location is good, close to the beach and you could also find many coffeeshops and restaurants.

The hotel is located nearby the popular night clubs. As a result the hotel is very popular among young people. It’s really noisy during all nights which is not good for family especially with kids.

The service of this hotel is really excellent! Thanks to Anovar ( front desk manager) and the team for the service! The food was good.We really enjoyed our holiday in Lloret de Mar.

Nothing.Everything was great!

Location and very clean

There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room

Fantastic hotel, used by our group every year to watch the rugby. Couldn't and wouldn't use another hotel in Lloret de Mar other than the Helios

Great hotel , bang in the town centre. Modern and clean.

Check in took forever, key card to room didn’t work on 2 of the 4 days. But staff were really good about it

Perfectly situated hotel - close to the beach and bus station, surrounded by supermarkets, bars and all possible kinds of infrastructure. Very clean and comfortable rooms with everyday cleaning whenever you leave the room. I’d strongly suggest HB - breakfasts & dinners are brilliant- you’d hardly get that tasty and variety food in any restaurant. Cavas are included in breakfast menu:) Very helpful staff speaking English Spanish French German. Big swimming pool is available till 21.00

location great ,easy to get to beach, bars and nightlife. car parking opposite, but had to pay. friendly staff, clean. definetly reccomend. easy to drive to Girona and south of France and Barcelona.

Food was different at dinner, not as hot as I would have liked, however I am from a cold climate, however was functional, desserts were fantastic.

The employees were very friendly and professional, and breakfast was also great. I chose this hotel because it's near the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, where I had an event, making it quite convenient and a good value for money. However, there is currently a large construction project taking place next to the hotel, which can be noisy if your room is on that side—unfortunately, that was the case for me.

Parking garage is too expensive. Charge a fair price for hotel guests please. 17 EUR per day is just too much.

The room was immaculate, was greeted by hotel staff soon as we went near them- they always had a friendly smile on them.

Could do with having sky/cable tv so we could watch the telly in English

Good breakfast selection and a nice pool

Located in the party area, it can be loud at night.

the room was excellent location was also great a walking distance to the beach it was amazing

laundry services thought pressing iron would be complementary

The Hotel and Staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

The breakfast and dinner could have been alot better and warmer (it was all just about warm)

Was really nice and location was fantastic

The pool was under a plastic roof like conservatory and was very humid in there

The staff were very friendly and we were offered a free evening meal to try as we were only b&b. location was superb for bars and beach.

Good choice of food let down by being served on cold plates. Pool doesn't get the sun till after lunch.

The hotel deserves a score of 10... The staff is cultured. The rooms are clean, the breakfast to be desired.. The SPA center is highly recommended. Everything was great

The position was very close to the beach

It was far from the airport REUS from where I flew and I had to leave 1 day earlier, but the hotel refunded me, so really not their fault.
