Mattress, pillows and bed itself were highly comfortable, cleaning staff was kind and responsive when we asked to clean our room a bit later. The hotel's location is very convenient in many ways, e.g. close to main streets, shops, restaurants and the beach

Our room had poor soundproofing, felt like people from other rooms were living with us. The organization for dinner was unclear; you had to wait for a table to become available, even though there should have been enough space for everyone. The fruits were served cold

They were really correct and polite towards us. We came in 2am and they got us a cold dinner ready. Also picnic for breakfast the last day. Everything was amazing, definitely will be visiting again

There were problems with check inn,seems like hotel had an overbooked. They offered us penthouse for the week with no extra charge.Really appreciate it.Thank you!

The problem was that in the pics they show either old pictures or they somehow dont show it clearly. Nothing like it was described very old hotel.

The staff behaved exceptionally, those at the reception very friendly.I appreciate the fact that there is a very rare/no fee pet policy.Decent parking and the price is ok.

I didn't expect that you don't have a fridge in the room (I didn't pay enough attention when booking).The food is quite varied. Decent and that's all.Water is not included in the menu. Pay for water separately.

Loved everything about this hotel. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, great modern, clean room.Great location in the centre yet peaceful and quiet, fantastic crystal clear pool (look at photo!) and sauna, warm jacuzzi, delicious breakfast with so much variety. Wish my brother and i could've stayed more!10/10 apsolutely recommend.

They say they have parking later they will charge you 20euro.. Location is good.. Rest room are not up to standards.. Extra requested were denied and staff was not friendly

Great stay with a relaxing SPA!The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a great location. The SPA area was a highlight – very relaxing, with a heated jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend ?

No side bed lights only the bright main light Also the chair in the room doesn't fit under the desk so sticks out which isn't very good in a small room and gets in the way And when they have large groups ready to leave no one seems to care that they block the whole entrance I had a room at the back of the hotel which was fine would just be nice if you made that area a bit nicer

On the positive side – the hotel staff. We checked in quite late and had informed the administrator in advance by email, asking them to prepare dinner, as the restaurants would already be closed by that time. We were pleasantly surprised to find a proper dinner prepared for us.Additionally, we are grateful for the cleanliness – the room was cleaned daily. The room was tidy, and the hotel overall was well-maintained.The entire staff was friendly and responsive.

We had stayed at this hotel before and were very satisfied with everything – the room, the food, and the overall atmosphere. That’s why we chose it again for our long-awaited vacation. However, this time, something went wrong…Let me explain in more detail and share information for those planning a relaxing vacation. We stayed at the hotel in early October 2024. Unfortunately, during this period, the hotel hosted over 200 teenagers from Germany (aged 14-15). There was no discipline or adherence to hotel rules regarding quiet hours after 10 PM.Poor soundproofing, combined with the noise, laughter, and loud conversations, went on until 2 or 3 AM, despite complaints and attempts by the hotel administration to address the issue. Unfortunately, they were unable to manage the situation. Every morning at 6 AM, their teachers started waking them up with loud knocking on doors throughout the hotel, preparing them for their next excursion.As a result, we had sleepless nights, no relaxation, and a completely RUINED VACATION.I’m writing this to make everyone aware of the potential risks during the school holiday period. Next time, I will definitely confirm with the hotel before booking if there will be such neighbors. Unfortunately, we booked in advance with full payment and didn’t expect this to last for our entire stay. Otherwise, we would have definitely changed hotels and moved to one that is adults-only (+18), without teenagers.I would also like to mention the food (breakfast and dinner). This time, it was quite monotonous, with a limited selection and almost no seafood. Everything was very modest compared to our previous stay at this hotel during a different period.Considering all these factors, we cannot give a high rating.

Everything except the bedroom, food excellent staff lovely.

Our Bedroom was overlooking a narrow street straight into apartment opposite. Noisy at night and dated decor. We saw into other rooms being cleaned which looked better.

Pleasant stay, value for money!

Very noisy at night, from other guests. Walls of the room very thin!Having to sit outside the entrance of the dining room with our dog, where everyone queued up around us! Felt a little impersonal. The staff were very friendly though.

noisy hotel. very dated furniture. bathroom smelled bad, the hotel imo needs an overhaul. the hallways are extremely noisy. it is not a great place if you want to properly rest in my opinion.

although all other staff were pleasant an experience with the breakfast chef over a misplaced tong soured our stay, glaring at me and my son from his station made us feel very unwelcome

The receptionist was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! She was efficient, helpful and very caring to myself and my cousin. There was a very positive atmosphere in the hotel. Everyone seemed happy to be at work, from the people who cleaned the room, to the chefs and waiters … extremely pleasant! Bus station just around the corner. €10 pp to the airport!

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was lovely. Bedrooms basic but again spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Very comfortable bed. Big fridge in room a bonus. Would definitely stay again.
