Dissatisfied of hotel services

Overall, I am dissatisfied and do not recommend this hotel due to their poor service and lack of respect for customers.We visited this hotel in July and booked a full-board package. To our surprise, when I asked for some ice at the restaurant, bar, and reception, they refused to provide it and directed me to the shop to buy it instead.The variety and availability of food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very limited. In fact, their restaurant resembled a fast food place more than a proper dining establishment, offering mostly snacks rather than real meals.

Zero soundproof. I couldn’t sleep at night and woke up too early because of noises. You can literally hear everything as if the walls don’t even exist. I’m also a heavy sleeper and don’t wake up so easily. I left the hotel after spending one night.

The breakfast, available across the street, was very good. Well worth the price I felt. Good start to the day.

We only stayed one night, but i would have no complaints.

The location was perfect. Not so far from station.

The rooms are not soundproof. We can hear everything and they are working on street its annoying and so noisy.

Very delicious food, friendly staff also they speak Spanish, English and French so that’s a plus, clean spacious rooms, live music every night!

Hotel was very clean. Location for bars, restaurants, beach etc was great! Food was lovely. All pools were good size for size of hotel with plenty of loungers. Staff were nice, especially restaurant staff who were very helpful.

Room doors very heavy which means banging doors at all hours. Room very basic and beds needing upgraded (no toiletries or tea/coffee making facilities). Food choices were a little limited and vegetarians would struggle. Pools and restaurant is across the street from main hotel.

Very good location.

Every food mostly had the same taste and the wifi was not good in the room.

Beds were good, room was clean, and towels exchanged on time. Staff was very kind and nice, from receptionist, over room-service, to restaurant staff. Churros were amazing during the breakfast every morning. They were fresh and nice.

1. We were staying at the newer/renovated part of the hotel, however, soundproof isolation is not good enough. 2. Air condition outdoor unit was on the terrace, however, it seems that the AC outdoor unit on our terrace was used for few more rooms. Since even if you turn the AC off in the room, outdoor AC unit keeps working and heating the terrace. Since there is no AC system, its just a separate unit for each room connected all on one outdoor unit that was on our terrace. So in most cases it was impossible to chill out on the terrace. 3. In order to access the building where the rooms are located, you have to go around the building outside, and then you can go in, which was a bit weird. 4. Breakfast was almost the same every day, food didn't meet our expectations, each day eggs and chorizo, without omelet available (omelet was available for dinner only). It could be a lot better, also dinner could be much better, offer could have more meet, more chicken/beef. 5. Most of the meals were either not hot or get unavailable quickly since there were many guests, and it seems that the kitchen is not that big for the busy season. 6. In order to leave the restaurant you have to go thru the hallways (that look like fire exit), because its not allowed to leave on the door you entered. Then you have to go around the building again in order to access the area with the rooms. 7. No Sangria available during the dinner. Which is a bit weird. 8. No showers available for the people that wanna use swimming pool. Strong recommendation for a hotel is to reorganize/renovate the hotel entrance for the new part of the hotel, and remove AC from the terrace, include Sangria in the bar offer during the dinners, improve soundproof isolation, and add more meals for dinners and breakfast

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Do not stay here. This hotel is 1 star at most. Whoever checks the standard of hotels should be sacked. The rooms are very basic and contain the worst beds I have ever seen or slept on. They were like camp beds, ugly old rusted metal frames with a mattress 5 inches thick at most. The laminated floor was there so long that it was coming apart, the edges of the laminated strips were grey where the top layer was worn off. The hotel is situated between a huge nightclub /disco on one side and a burger king and a McDonalds on the other side. The noise at night between 3 and 6 is unbelievable, I bought ear plugs so that I could sleep. The area itself contains lots of nightclubs and is very noisy and packed with people in the 18-24 age group so I would definitely not recommend for families. At 9.30 the cleaning staff start knocking on doors, banging about, the noise on tiles and laminate floors is very loud so do not expect a relaxing sleep in although in fairness the hotel is clean. If you put a do not disturb sign on the door the staff still knock and immediately enter the room.

the likes are also the dislikes so it’s difficult, it’s located in a great spot close to everything, but that means close to all the clubs, expect loud music till at least midnight then noise every now and then through the night from the party goers. staff are really friendly and helpful. close to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach.

room is pretty dated, floor is screaming to be replaced or repaired. check out is 10am which is normal, but we had a late flight and they don’t have the facilities to get a shower later like most hotels do.

Cleaned daily. Child swimming pool was good for our 6 year old daughter.

Property was actually split in two. There were two hotels on each side of a one way street. Our hotel wasn’t in the main building which looked a bit more posh than the other however swimming pools, bar and canteen was in our part of the hotel. it is nightmare to park around the hotel. Food was horrible and it made us regret staying full board. Had to eat pizza and chips as there was nothing edible from the rest of the food. Entertainment was having a dj every night who would play the same 3 spanish hit songs over and over again in between hits from the 70’s and 80’s.

my time of check out was 10.30 next day when i booked the room and when i reached at hotel the receptionist said my checkout tym will 11 am next morning but after they put a paper out of my room's door tht i hv to checkout at 10 am ? tht make me uncomfortable changing the checkout tyms .

Nice swimming pool

The hotel is not quiet, drunk people shouting in the corridors at night.Loud hotel events until 12am.Bass sound from the nearby discotheques al might long.Very low quality of the breakfast.
