Short distance to airport

In correct charge to CC, more than confirmation No easy access to luggage carts. They are not located at the hotel and are inconveniently located 1/2 way to the airport.

Clean, elegant and in a superb central location with access to all kinds of transportations.

Breakfast buffet was a bit too pricy.

Walking distance from airport terminal. Grocery store in terminal. Hotel was clean. Recommend eating in airport terminal.

Skip eating at hotel. No restaurants nearby other than hotel. $10 for water bottle in restaurant. Did not try breakfast at $35 per person. Went to airport for food.

The room was a good size and very clean. Comfortable bed.

There are no USB charging points in the room. The breakfast was extremely disappointing especially for a quality hotel such as this. The hot food was warm at best and not very appetizing. The choice of food available in the main restaurant is also disappointing, 5 choices for the main course is sub par for a hotel of this class.

Sheets on bed had mouldWhen we checked in we told receptionist that we were parked outside and if this was the correct place to park, he said yes and said he would validate our ticket in the morning. This information wasn't correct, hotel couldn't validate and take payment and parking cost 80 euros

The location & amenities. Nice touches such as complimentary water & soda. Lovely room design - spacious.

My room was slightly noisy - could hear occasional music throughout early evening.

Very good position.Very friendly staff.Quiet and silent.

Bed, bedding, bathroom

There was no room service, nothing to eat late at night, even though this is an airport hotel, so it would be nice to have something to eat in the evening. The minibar was empty, and even the freezer compartment wasn't working, so I couldn't chill my own soft drinks.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the room is tidy. Restaurant with delicious cuisine.

There were no slippers, and after the call and request - they did not provide them to me. There was also no "do not disturb" sign, so they came to me in the morning and disturbed my peace. The window did not open for ventilation.

Very friendly and efficient staff, huge spa area

Room was modern and generous but a quite a lot dust on surfaces. Bathroom was super clean though

Lovely room, ideal location for the Messe, a short walk.

My only observation is the leather chair in the room, not comfortable to sit in, as you tend to slide around in it.

Location is Perfect right at the airport and facility is super clean and cozy

Parking fees is way too much and is not included in price

Great location for overnight at the airport, kind and helpful staff, steam room and sauna, and great food.

View from the room, had to pay for the coffee machine in the lobby that was confusing to use, no sandals/slippers for use of relaxation facilities, one of the cafés seemed to never be open.

Very comfortable and well appointed room.Bathroom facilities very good.2 minute walk from the airport terminal.2-5 minute walk for S and U Bahn stations into city centre.Good value for money.

The room was very spacious and light. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We loved it!

Only small improvement could be blackout courtains.

We were very nicely greeted at our arrival even we stayed only one night. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable but also efficient in getting us checked-in. They well explained the location incl parking. Room: Nice quiet and spacious room, very clean. Bathroom had all the necessary things that could be expected, again, also very clean. Breakfast: Even though it was busy that morning, there was always fresh food around and everything that you could wish for (fresh food, not the "tinned" stuff, bread, savoury, hot stuff, coffee, tea ....).Spa & Gym: While the gym is pretty small, it has what you need for a quick workout. Maybe 1-2 weight machines and 1-2 treadmills more would not hurt but in the end, it is a hotel and not a gym. The spa (we did not use it but had a brief look) looked amazing, very clean and organised.

Gear at gym could require an upgrade, but again, that is a luxury problem :-)

Unfortunately the window in our room was left open and it was very cold, plus there might be some malfunction in the heating system because we tried to increase the temperature of the heating but the air kept coming out cold.

Location to the airport and exhibition centre. Lovely big room and bathroom. Friendly professional staff. Excellent sound insulation bearing in mind it is next to the airport.
