Rooms are too small and uncomfortable. Reception staff are really unhelpful.

I stayed New Years Eve with my dog due to her anxiety from firework bursts. The staff were OUTSTANDING from check in to check out. They were beyond accommodating every time I had a question or concern. The rooms were absolutely soundproof, comfortable and perfect for the reason we stayed.

The tv streaming connection from personal mobile device to the tv didn’t work. Also, strangely, there was not a coffee machine in my room. In the pictures online I saw Nespresso machines but there wasn’t one in the two rooms that I was in.Also, parking. I found it to be quite expensive.

Loved everything, So happy I chose this hotel. I had an early flight, and the earliest train didn't fit my schedule. So the location of this hotel was very helpful for me as it is only a couple of minutes' walk to the airport. The U Bahn is right outside the hotel. The S-Bahn is at the airport. Both of them provide very easy, direct access to the town. So this is really an excellent place for people with early flights who want to see the city for a few hours. My room was big. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. You can request a to-go coffee. They packed me lunch food on the day of my flight, gave me free coffee, and drinks from the bar for my breakfast, making sure I ate something before leaving the hotel. The staff were very accommodating. The facilities were excellent. The cleaning staff were also kind when I asked them for water and slippers. I used the wellness area, which only contains the gym, steam room, and sauna. I wish they could add a jacuzzi there. Tip: hang the card that says you allow to skip a cleaning day of your room for free drinks at the bar!

There is nothing I did not like. There was a review saying they didn't provide a hair dryer, so I brought mine. I wish I hadn't because they do provide one. I could've done more shopping, but the hair dryer took up space in my luggage!

After reading the reviews I was expecting the breakfast to be good however it wasn’t the case. Very limited choices!

Had an opportunity to sit at the restaurant, sat outside and enjoyed the evening dinner while relaxing after a long flight. Staff was incredible!

Very close to airport. Was able to drop off rental car the night before, walk to hotel, and then the next morning walk to the airport. Super convenient and really nice hotel.

Amazing Breakfast! Beautifully presented and everything I tried was excellent. It was the highlight of my day.

The layout of the motel was confusing for me at first. I was let off by a taxi at a main floor, but no one was there. I had to figure out where reception was.

There are two Movenpicks at the airport. Driving directions for easier access to each would be highly desired. Also, a different name for each is advisable. E.g. Movenpick East and West, etc.

Air was a little hot and dry - lots of static shots - and the temperature control in the room wasn't particularly intuitive

The staff were very friendly. My room was amazing… I was upgraded due to the hotel being fully booked out. I had an amazing pizza I’m the restaurant … wonderful experience.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s always been a great experience! The location is super convenient for catching a flight, plus it’s easy to get to the city center by tram or S-Bahn. The hotel is stylish, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are so comfy. They’ve thought of everything you might need. It’s always an easy choice for me!

Location on a walking distance from the airport is convenient. The hotel had clean rooms, staff at reception was pleasant and accomodating

Breakfast was poor, the hotel room was cold as the insulation around the windows was not solid. Not much to do around.

This is a big new hotel, so I did not have high expectations. But this decoration is of a very high level in the open areas and the bedroom. Have a delicious pizza for dinner, and the breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of food. It is possibly one of the best breakfast experiences I have had, and I travel a lot.

Since I landed at Stuttgart airport from Vienna, the hotel's location is very convenient, only four minutes walk. Friendly staff, good cuisine.
