Moxy Stuttgart Airport/Messe

The staff was wonderful and the open area for drinks and a meal is more than you could expect!!! Thanks!

It is a fun, youthful, and inviting place.

Staff- very kind, helpful

Bed. Mattress very softFood options dinner are all frozen and heated

ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT SMALL, FINE FOR 1-2 ADULT.CONT. BREAKFAST WAS ALSO GOOD.PARKING TYPICALLY EXPENSIVE LIKE ALL OF GERMANY CONVENIENT TO GROCERY AND HIGHWAY.

NOTHING NOT TO LIKE

Kind welcome, Location, car parking, quiet, Breakfast

Lack of a working desk in the room.

Clean and there’s a supermarket right across the street. Breakfast was fine. Staff was nice.

5 mins taxi to the airport in the morning but 15-20mins taxi at night. The chair in the room isn’t suitable for the small table. The bed is a bit too soft.

Very poor

No wardrobe no drawers, no safe no kettle no tea coffee. No fridge. Cleaners cleaning shower glass using the towels in the room

Very clean. The room has good sound insulation and is close to the airport. Most importantly, the staffs’ service is particularly excellent! I have to mention Laura here, she is very kind and helpful!

Room was spacious and clean

Too loud at night by crowds at the entrance, if you leave the window open.

I loved the vibe of the bottom floor! It was really welcoming and I felt comfortable just sitting at the large table to eat a meal. Breakfast was over the top with tons of choices.

There was no mini fridge or microwave in my room, but the nice girls at reception let me warm up my food. Didn't like the juice machine juice.

Staff are nice, close to the airport and highway, good price

Parking was extremely full during our 3 night stay, rooms are a bit old dated and need renovation.Rooms don't have any shells or boards for cloths, nor safety unit to keep valuables.

Extremely frustrating

The air conditioning does not wotk! Tried 2 rooms and they were both like sleeping in a sauna. Staff admitted they were having serious problems but they could not do amything else.

It was nice that I was able to get a light dinner at arrival. Nice breakfast too. Nice modern atmosphere.

No free parking

Cleaning is great, the rooms is always cleaned very well.

The breakfast is minimal and very overpriced for the little there is avaliable. No kettle /teas /coffee in the room. Available downstairs, but a pain first thing in the morning. Also no iron in room, a seperate ironing room in the corridor No wardrobes and little room to hang anything. OK for a very short stay.

Good location.

Some form of motors running the entire time outside on the building to the rear (odd numbers), oscillating from low drone to high pitch whine. Air conditioning wasn’t working and front desk staff gave me the fob off with it being due to the outside temperature. Unfortunately this is complete rubbish as it was 19degrees outside and my room was around 23/24 degrees. I wouldn’t stay at this Moxy again. Others yes but not this one.

Not too far to walk to the train. The

Basic rooms . No tea/ coffee making facility. Small rooms.Too much clutter in the entrance. I don’t need games and stuffed toys sitting on settees!

Location and ambience

Low budget hotel priced very high. Common ironing rooms etc

Pleasant

They toke the hole amount of 6 rooms + extra deposit on each room from my card and when i arrived at the hotel they made me pay again the hole amount of the 6 rooms from my other card and im still not refund yet which they told me i get the money back after 24 hours of the first payment and deposit i payed which still 3 days past nothing yet hope they do .
