    Pros +

    • Easy access. Secure parking. Nice Personal.Good Fitness Studio.
    • Large room and comfy bed. Receptionist very friendly.
    • I was very happy with the fact that I could park my car in a gated enclosure. My room was up a flight of stairs but there is a lift, ground floor rooms had parking outside front door. Bed and bathroom, coffee making facilities all quite adequate.

    Cons -

    • Small room. Location.
    • Room was cold on arrival and heating took long time to warm up. Room and shower needed decorating. Lights not bright enough for reading in bed. Breakfast buffet had lots of things empty - no butter, no fromage blanc or yoghurt, no scrambled eggs, no milk. Staff very slow to refill.

There are several restaurants within walking distance of

Breakfast was expensive, charging for parking, and the whole facility was in very bad shape. The nonslip rugs outside were torn up, and our room had obvious water damage that had not been repaired.

It's a hotel that offers serenity.

As a long time guest at this hotel i was surprised when i received a bill for parking. This was new but unnanounced. Noone at the check-in desk told me about the change. Instead i was told to look more carefully on booking by the manager. Having stayed there for 9 years numerous times in a calendar year never having to pay daily parking charges and i am told i should have known? All the extra charges for the spa, workout area and now parking and now i can no longer recommend this hotel to anyone. no interest to keep long time customers. Plenty of other options!!!Such a shame

Nice people, closed parking with a gate.

For two beers and water I paid 21 euros, very expensive. Very very old rooms, we came with children and there were a lot of stairs in the room, uncomfortable!

Good value for money. Small rooms, airco is not very good, especially with a heatwave going on, but very cheap and you only there to sleep

    Building is getting old

    Awful

Everything. Room and shower blocked., not value for money spent, pay extra for spa facilities a joke. Definitely one to avoid.

    7SalliePosted on: 7-22-2025

It was clean and the Aircon was efficient.

The breakfast was not replenished. We arrived 45 mins before end of service. No cheese no ham. Empty fruit salad bowl. Empty scrambled egg bowl. Asked for more eggs was told it was not possible. Not even any knives. Had to use one from the empty cheese plate. Was meant to be a dog friendly hotel but dogs weren’t allowed in the restaurant.

The bed is very comfy. We got the duplex and the kids are so happy !The staff is very professional and nice. Quite surprised by their positive aura.

Pool need to be paid, as a part of the SPA package. Very disappointing in summer time.

Not much to say, it was alright for a one-night stay. Comfortable enough for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t choose to stay longer. The place has an old-style vibe, kind of like an old motel in the U.S. The receptionists didn’t speak English, but I managed to make myself understood. Overall, not terrible, just not somewhere I’d return to.

The parking is safe since the front door is controlled. There is elevator access.

The reception is modern but the room is really like simple accommodation and quite dark. Need to be renovated.

Terre de Provence was an excellent overnight stop on our drive from Barcelona to Zurich.Very reasonable room rate, with secure parking.Used the restaurant for our evening meal. Chef was able to accommodate my wife's onion and garlic allergy for the main course as well as offering at least some of the entree buffet. Meal was very enjoyable, accompanied by some good local wines (by the glass or bottle).Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

    All good.

    Disappointing

They require a deposit for your stay. Instead of releasing the blocked amount on our card, they charged it. We had a hard time recovering our deposit after our departure (took around two weeks).

    Very poor

Our room was at the ground floor and the bathroom became a swimming pool after the showers.

    Uncomfortable experience

Terrible bed (bends in the middle, gives back pain). Poorly maintained hotel, the bathroom had mould in the ceiling. The photos advertised don't reflect the reality of this hotel. Overall one of our worst stays.
