B&B HOTEL Avignon 1

Had a ground floor room as requested due to travelling with my dog. Nice sized room, clean and comfortable with a powerful shower and lots of hot water. Secure Parking. Good WiFi and a surprisingly good breakfast for a budget hotel. Lots of restaurants across the road.

Location and night porter was very friendly and helpful.

Uncomfortable pillows and terrible breakfast. Day staff do not speak much English and were not very helpful.

This is a very difficult sector to evaluate - it’s a very functional low cost hotel option and whilst some elements were a little dated, overall it was clean, comfortable bed for the night, small but adequate shower room and was how I expected it to be. For a work stopover it worked well and everyone was friendly and welcoming. What was also nice was the next day breakfast - good coffee and croissants sufficient choice for a simple meal before starting the day. As a no-frills hotel it was good overall - I’d use B&B again.

Checkin through the machine which was easy and simple with a code to get to your room. room has the basic things you need for a short stay, its small but its sufficient, you dont expect much more from a B&B either way. the location was easy to get to with a car and to get to town with a car too.

the air conditioning in the room is almost non existent. Its there but it doesnt do anything at all so if its a hot day, youll be hot and theres no way to improve it.Next to the window/door, there were ants coming in. after I woke up I found quite a few getting inside my bags.

Good location. Clean rooms with enough space. Friendly helpful staff.

The aircon in the room was almost non-existent, meaning the top leave of the room was sufficating and very very uncomfortable.The breakfast could have done with a wider cereal choice,not that good for kids.

Bad aircondition and slamming doors

Very poor aircondition. We asked next door neighbour - same case. We stayed in a 4 people room and it was probably 30°c (worst on the top floor). We have stayed in other B&B hotels that have higher standards. Also please do something about all the slamming doors. Woke you up night and day.

Easy to find, free parking, pet friendly (4eur per dog night), guy at the reception was very handsome, polite, petfriendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and conformable.

Wish room was little bit bigger, but as I only needed night sleep it did nit matter.

Everything is okay

Short drive into Avignon (15 min to Palais des Papes). Room was small but comfortable. Located in a shopping center area/industrial area with several restaurants to choose from whether walking distance or short drive. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff!

AC didn’t get very cold.
