Room 143 was small but nice and clean, comfortable bed with nice linens, good shower with hot water, and breakfast was very good. Fresh squeezed orange juice was a big treat!

Quiet and clean. Nice breakfast .

The entrance gate was inconvenient for Uber rides.

Incredible breakfast worthy of a hotel in a much higher category eg proper fresh orange juice.We were not expecting such quantities nor quality even the vacuum packed meals in glass jars were super tasty. Hotel run on sustainable grounds including less staff but those who were there very helpful and kind.

The breakfast was good. The receptionist was very helpful. The internet worked. It was close to Vaux le Vicomte.

The location is unbelievably dreary - essentially in a commercial/ light industrial estate. The room had most of what you need, but not kettle or extras or toiletries and was completely bare. One felt that the management had no concern about comfort.

The fabulous breakfast, immaculate bathroom, gated parking and fun stuff to do inside, plus the water dispenser!

Staff were very welcoming, room was quiet, clean and comfortable - the property provided all that was needed including a safe and secure exterior carpark.Breakfast was busy but plentiful - they could use a second coffee machine in the breakfast area as there was quite a queue. Otherwise everything was exactly as expected and needed - OK, the hotel is in the middle of a commercial area.....but no unpleasant surprise. ALso, its very well located for visiting the chateau Veaux Le Vicomte.

I think booking direct with hotel in this cases would have got us a better pricing for a double room TBH.Otherwise nothing to mention.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Very nice staff.

Far from the main town

Comfy and well designed. Nice people and walking distance to a grocery store.

The AC is broken and blow hot air. The windows are locked and only open by 10cm. Very hot uncomfortable night.

the cleaning was done in a superficial way, in the bathroom the untidy presentation of the towels gave the impression that they had been used, for three people there were only two cups, the beds were badly made, finger marks on the mirror, one of the single beds was a folding bed, a lamp shade was broken... in short, it looked like a down-market hotel!

Room was great. Clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating as we had a late check in. Breakfast was good.

View from the room is not nice due to abandoned buildings it over looks.

Large family rooms which are also extremely comfortable, good breakfast and helpful staff.

Hotel seemed mostly aimed towards single travellers.

The breakfast was good, the room was spacious and the staff were friendly. We were given the wrong room initially and the beds were unmade so we had to ask for a new room. There was no issues with the second room and the staff came up to check the second room with me. The foosball table in reception was free which was a nice touch.

The pillows weren't very comfortable, cheap and super flat. The location of the hotel wasn't great as the local neighbourhood felt very industrial, there appeared to be some businesses around it.

Location is truly great for getting to Vaux le Vicomte chateau and gardens. Very handy to drive such a short distance back to hotel after late night fireworks display. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive to refilling food and beverages.

Internet access was initially a little shaky, saying we had exceeded our number of devices when we had not yet connected with any.

We left a wallet with cash, ID, etc. They found it before we called, had it at the front desk when we called, and posted it back to us —intact! Above and beyond.

The location is warehouse-ish.

spacious room, clean, very helpful staff

Staff were lovely and the hotel itself was really clean and stylish.

We thought it might be a little closer to the town center by foot but as we had a rental car and the bus stop is outside, it was still okay for our trip.
