Not recommended!!!

Whether she was a manager or a receptionist, that woman was extremely rude.We paid for breakfast but were unable to eat it. She said refunds were not possible. After arguing for a while, she finally agreed to refund it, but the money still hasn’t been returned.The room smelled like old, burnt cooking oil — a really unpleasant odor.When you’re traveling, even staying just one night at a place with such terrible service can completely ruin the whole trip.Extremely rude.

Hot water, good temperature (December stay), comfortable bed, nice linnen, OK room size, parking space, close to the highway

The water goes out when you take a shower..there's a lack piece of joint to fix.

Bad location to go out late if no access to taxi or car would have rated more and not really hotels fault as such but was a few mosquitos or something buzzing in room at night and was bitten allover

It was perfect for my needs as a solo traveller, the secure parking for my motorcycle was perfect, the air conditioned room was nice and clean and comfortable, nice hot shower, really friendly staff

Uncomfortable bathroom door, not enough towels (but they’ve let us pick up more on reception), weird floor and wall color choices (sorry I had to say)

They had a vending machine that made tea.

The air conditioning feels like a left over from a previous owner. Seemed like a quick refurbishment job from a previous franchise.

Very conveniently located near the A9 road, making it a convenient location for a stopover. Clean, air-conditioned rooms.

Breakfast could use some improvement, as it felt a bit underwhelming.

The breakfast wasn't filling or satisfying and not worth the money but due to the location of the hotel you're a bit stuck if you don't pay for the breakfast but it was disappointing and the croissants and breakfast meet (very oily) were not good quality. It could have done with better variety of savoury options, maybe mushrooms, and cooked tomatoes for the cost of the breakfast i think it was £20 extra per day. For that cost/extra charge I would've liked to have had proper good quality coffee from a proper coffee machine so barista trained staff would be more appropriate for the cost of the charge for the breakfast.It's quite out of the way but it's possible to order deliveroo/uber eats in order to feed yourself as the hotel doesn't offer lunch or dinner options. The wifi was unstable and kept crashing so my client appointments kept dropping out.

The self check- in, the room was clean, the staff was very nice.

The air conditioning was not working, so it was really hot in the room. There could be more variety for breakfast (like vegetables) it was super basic.
