- Staff were formal. I had requested an early check as I had arrived at 11am. They waited till the official check in time of 3pm to give me a room. I was only person in lobby waiting for a room so no one was ahead of me.
- Bottled water provided but no hot drink sachets or facilities in room, which would have been perfect for off peak hours travelers.

location as we were arriving at the airport very late night and no public transportation were available to get next destination.
The room is very basic and outdated interior. Amenity are also very basic as its 2 star hotel.There were no electrical kettle and no complimentary water bottles.
