The family room was perfect.It was very spacious and never felt crowded, even for six people. The beds were comfortable and the showroom was amazing. The staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect

Unfortunately, the breakfast did not have many options. We were also told that there would be two bunk beds, but there was only one. The other sleeping arrangement was a foldable sofa, which was not very comfortable.

We were returning from a vacation in Italy and chose this hotel as an overnight stop halfway through the journey (it seems the hotel positions itself exactly this way — just a few kilometers from the highway). We checked in around 11:00 PM. Despite the fact that there were many people in the hotel at that time, both in the lobby and on the premises, the room was quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, except for the breakfast — possibly due to the contrast with the previous hotel in Italy.

A baby cot is available for an additional €15. The breakfast could be slightly better: the fruit was not very fresh, and the food selection was limited.

Loved the large breakfast room and great buffet. Our room was very nice. As we were ther eon October, the lack of air conditioning that others mentioned was not an issue for us. It was a two room suite at a good price. WiFi was good. Service was good. There was a good selection of free magazines as well as travel brochures. One was important--we did not know that Zoo Augsburg had gotten elephants again. The brochure made us decide to go. The restaurant was very. very good. We ate there 3 nights out of 4. One night we wanted a doner instead. Reasonably close to shopping.

Distance from the Messe Ulm (we had a conference there). But the drive into Ulm was pretty.

The number of dogs in the hotel, including in the restaurant, lifts and public areas. Had we realised the hotel promotes itself as an expressly pet friendly destination, we would not have booked it - this we only discovered when we checked the hotel's own website on our return

The room was nice and clean, but slightly outdated with the carpet floors. Otherwise everything was excellent!

Quiet comfortable room. Very good shower. Friendly and helpful young man on reception on arrival. All staff, apart from one, were excellent. Huge selection at breakfast. Exceptionally tasty food for dinner. Free parking.

Our waitress in the restaurant in the evening didn't seen very happy in her work and was offhand and rude.

This is a very good and accommodating hotel, a good place to arrive after a long day in the car. Staff were friendly and helpful, food good and service excellent.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Good access to/from the motorway. Easy walk to the town centre shops. Dog friendly (15 euros). Good size room. Lift, giving easy access to upper floors with luggage. Efficient and pleasant staff.

This is a big hotel in a quiet town just some km-s away from the motorway. Large parking space. Clean room and bathroom, good sound proofing. The breakfast possibility is huge, and it is served even from early hours (from 06:15). Nice and friendly staff, possibility to have dinner onsite.

Lovely Hotel, location magic at 5mins from a major autobahn crossroads in a quiet village with interesting history and a resident population of breeding Storks. Food excellent both at dinner and breakfast in a convivial restaurant and good bar area.

Was here a few years ago and was very positive. Although still nice, I had the feeling we got older rooms now. Overall fine place, nice breakfast.

Rooms slightly older then I remember. In the night noice from other travellers (hotel can't change this, but in the night one guy knocked in the doors and screamed. Which scared us and the kids in the other room).

Charming and welcoming – even for a short stayWe stayed just one night, arriving a bit late, but everything went smoothly. Parking was easy, and the service was very friendly. The hotel looked beautiful in the evening light when we arrived, and the cozy courtyard added to the warm and inviting atmosphere. A lovely and comfortable place – perfect even for a short visit!
