The room was pretty clean.
The staff didn‘t speak german, neither they spoke english. I had to use my phone to communicate with them, since they only spoke vietnamese.The room was not equipped with towels. Impossible to take a shower.In the morning, the breakfast that was planned for 8h in the morning did not take place. At 8 the staff was still not there. The clients were completly alone.
Restaurant food was delicious. Beautiful river terrace & beergarten. Large room, seemed recently refurbished. Nice walks along Lahn and Rhine river banks.
Difficult to communicate with the (vietnamese) staff, although friendly in the end. Breakfast no more than OK (no buffet, no cereals or muesli, even no tea available). Town (Lahnstein) is rather ugly. Wifi connection in the room was shaky.
I didn’t get in and had to find something else middle of the night.
