The location , the view . Huge window and a gallery with good air .

Bathrooms can be more clean especially the bathtub . Breakfast can have atleast 1 hot served food item.

The location is great. Easy to get to from the station and on the beach in 2 seconds

The room has an odd stale smell. The ceiling fan had the biggest layer of dust on it ?

Hosts were very kind, and a sea-view is super, you can hear the waves and it is so nice.

Just be ready that the bed and the shower cabin could be old (and the cabin itself can be small) but clean.

The only good thing is location

From inside building is very old, rooms are super old, not renovated at least 50 years. No cattle, super small shower, old washed out bed sets, electricity periodically disappears, NO INTERNET in room. It’s said hotel provides private beach, but that’s not true, they charge for that 5 -26 eur, depending on a person you ask, they just make up the price. Also I didn’t like they take our IDs and didn’t return until next day.

This hotel has been a tremendous help to me in the past year. Whenever I needed a place to stay, I knew I could come here. It is very clean, comfortable, and the people who work here are very kind and helpful. The concierge, who works at night, always kindly helps me regardless of the inconvenient hour I arrive. Grazie mille!!!

It is beachfront

The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. It was poor quality, little quantity, dirty service, old facilities, simply unable staff.

Nice accomodation, but tiny shower (0.25 m2).

Breakfast is terrible (only ham, cheese, toast and sweets), only 1x small coffee per breakfast, rest to be paid.

The location was the only good thing

The staff could barely speak English. Our air conditioner didn’t work, the plumbing was sketchy and the beds were rock hard with springs sticking up. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Small but delightful hotel on the coast with its own beach area (payment required). Rome is around 40 minutes away by train from the nearby train station. Good choice of breakfast and outside evening dining, if required. Near to plenty of amenities.

Location! Room small but with a balcony and a view. Pet friendly! They have bins for recycling on the floor.

The property needs an urgent refurbishment: it’s really too old. And, above all, they should need to get rid of the dangerous shelf “skull breaking” on the headboard of the bed (room 103). Breakfast poor and old fashioned.

It had a run down feeling. like glamour from the past

Shower and bed sheets were dirty. staff at arrival late in the evening was rude. the man insisted we paid local tax of 82 euro in cash. When we refused he didn’t want to give back our passports until we threatened to make a complaint Next morning we paid 4 euro local tax.
