Service, lack of friendliness, lack of cleanliness. Awful, just awful!

The receptionist Thierno went above and beyond for us. They were understaffed, so we didn’t get our rooms cleaned, BUT he made it up to us.Very welcoming and polite.

I know that check -in time is 4 pm (this is rather late), but why drag it to 4 pm if the room is already clean and available.

Comfortable and well located. The staff were very kind.

Expensive for what it was. Breakfast the next day was also quite expensive.

Rooms clean,tidy and comfortable, perfect for overnight stay prior to catching train from Lille Europe (tram stop just around the corner, so very convenient.) Nice hot shower. Breakfast available if you want it (we didn't as we had a very early start and weren't ready to eat) Friendly helpful staff. Thank you!

Very good value with the advantage of a small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Convenient for the station and a short two minute walk to the tramway into the centre of Lille. Nice quiet location.

We were disappointed with the breakfast at the hotel, which was expensive and not much choice of food. Also, the tables hadn’t been cleared and no one was on hand to help so we had to do it ourselves. I think more staff at breakfast and more prompt replenishment of food and drink options would solve the problem.

Good location, parking, there is a small kitchen in the room.

There is a disgusting smell in the room, it is dirty, if the personal service cared more about cleanliness, then in general the hotel can be chosen for a short stay.

Conveniently located, good value for money. Two tram stops away from the main station and city center. Nothing directly around the hotel for food.

It is definitely a 3 star apart-hotel. I loved the staff members attentiveness especially Chaima. Generally a nice place with parking available. The kitchen amenities are available but not cutleries. The bed was comfortable but the heat is something else this time of the year. The fan was superbly handy and managed to catch some sleep because of it.

The pillows had a distinctive sweaty smell it could be me but thankfully my menthol oil was useful.Mosquitos zoom in as soon as you open the windows.

The kitchen area is useful and the price was good £120 for two for two nights....but that is the max I would pay for it to be honest....we didn't go for a breakfast we werent sure how it will be.

They are stingy....trying to save money on coffee, tea, toilet paperAlso the heating was set up on a certain temperature....it was cold outside so you want a warm room once you back after a long day outside.Reception guys a bit poor not rude but not pleasant at all

Great location. 15 minute walk from Eurostar terminal and 20 minite walk to city centre. 5 minutes from nearest metro

We were a bit disappointed with this hotel and I don’t recommend it

We came at 2 pm, but our room was not ready and we were asked to come later - in check-in time (4 pm).It is not clear what they did during this time, but the room was dirty (pieces of nails and hair on the floor, dust on the table lamp, dirty mirror). Smell in the room and in the kitchenette was not good.There was no soap in the bathroom, shampoo/shower gel was not refilled. We had to buy them in the shop.There was the baby cot in the room which we did not ask - that’s why it was tight near the kitchen. The room was with ladder to the second floor which we did not expect (there was no photo of it in the room description on booking.com). This ladder does not look safe.Breakfast was a bit poor: no sausages, no porridge, no vegetables. From fruits there were only apples, from eggs there were only scrambled eggs. The hotel is not far from the center of Lille, but you need to go through busy roads which is not comfortable or use tram.

Nice spacious apartment, excellent price clean and comfortable

Good location, only a 15 min walk from the centre, and an amazing hotel. Such a spacious room, so quiet, and the kitchen was great for saving money on eating out - had all the facilities you could need. Very helpful staff at reception.

The kitchen area was rather cramped for cooking a full dinner, but it did the job.

Good variety of food ,nice and fresh. .Having fresh coffee would be a bonus. Room was warm and a good location to Euro Lille.Staff were extremely helpful. Excellent.
