Early breakfast

The shower without walls was less than ideal. Water from the shower made for a wet toilet and a wet floor for several hours getting to the toilet after showering. Exhaust fan was inadequate.

The location and the parking were fab and the beds were comfortable

Breakfast was limited and at times staff felt bothered by questions

We had a very large twin room with bath and shower. The decor was beautiful as we love the Art Deco theme. The soundproofing of the room was excellent - on a main road but you'd never know it. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We can't agree with other reviewers on this site about the breakfasts - we found them superb, with plenty of choice. We had an excellent stay, and would certainly stay again or recommend to friends.

The lighting in the room was a bit idiosyncratic. No overhead lights only small dull uplighters with lots of scrabbling in dark corners.

It’s in a good location. Ten minutes walk from Eurostar and old town. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable.

The Reception staff could be more friendly and smile a bit! This was the second time I stayed at the hotel and during the first time the hot drinks machine was available all day. This time, it was only turned on at breakfast which seems a bit “penny pinching”.

It was clean and great value. Darius (the night manager) was also super friendly and helpful.

Good transport link to main centre but quieter than staying more central which we preferred

The hotel is very lovely and cozy, located in a very quiet area but close to all the central attractions.Extremely clean — the room was cleaned daily — and the staff were very kind and helpful.The breakfast was tasty.Private parking is another bonus, although it comes at an extra cost.Overall, I 100% recommend this hotel.

Style great art deco. No 406 window didnt shut properly. Switches badly placed. Only one above bed. Water nice and hot.

Location is quite good. It takes only 15 walking to the centrum. Rooms are big enough and beds are comfortable and wide. Room and bathroom equipments are a bit old. Staff we interacted was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate their good service. There is a indoor parking facility but driving into the garage is very challenging. I couldn't have managed it but they had already warned us. Breakfast is not very rich but enough to get full.

I guess they are using a kind of cleaning vinegar to clean the tables during breakfast time and it stinks. But it doesn't make people stop having their breakfast.

The location was great. Tram stop in front of the hotel and just two stops to the city centre. The bed was comfortable.

It was cold in the rooms that was coming from the windows and the breakfast was poor. There was no sausage as on photos, only scrambled eggs.

The Art Deco style, parking is possible, tram nearby, centre at walking distance

Nice hotel just outside of the city centre, but close to the railway station and the old centre. The hotel is beautiful in art deco, and maybe sometimes with a bit older rooms, but actually everything was stiil alright. Rooms and bath rooms were clean, breakfast was in small buffet from but penty for us. In the evening you can enjoy the bar, with friendly staff.

Excellent location, directly outside the Romarin tram stop, the room was still extremely quiet, you couldnt hear the tram at all despite it being right outside the window. Staff very friendly and helpful and spoke English which was a big bonus as my French is terrible!Highly recommend La Piscine museum and catching a show at the Opera de Lille

The beds were a little firmer than I would prefer but this is personal preference

The room was too warm. That's not a bad thing, but it did get stuffy.

Friendly staff, very clean, excellent location with tram stops just outside and only costing €1.20 and 5 mins to city centre also availability to store luggage after check out. Although on a busy road no outside noise in the hotel. Highly recommended

They put us in an isolated corner with our family rooms behind a separate door

The staff were unbelievably rude. the rooms were dirty. The shower was broken. The fire alarm kept going off. The parking is horribly tight to get into. When the fire alarm went off at 11pm, the staff member that came up said it was from our room. We were in bed asleep with our 10month old baby. She barged in only to find that there was in fact no smoke because we dont smoke and were just in bed with our scared baby…and said sorry for this and walked off. When i went to ask what is going on, the staff were horribly rude and condescending.

Overall for a short stay, I felt safe as a solo traveller. Staff was polite and helpful.

Euralille word should be removed from the name of the hotel as it is a good 20 minutes walk from Euralille.
