The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They also went out of their way to help us with transport. The spa facilities were incredible, probably the best in our 3 week trip around switzerland. There is a stunning outdoor hot tub.

The hotel room- very old furniture, bathroom very rundown and not properly cleaned before our stay. It was not worth the price I paid for accomodation.

The sauna and spa was private and excellent!

Breakfast was hilarious - the French have very particular ideas about what a breakfast consists of.. definitely not the British Fry up.That the sauna's only open at 11:00

The rooms are dated, the beds not particular comfortable, the bathroom is very old looking with a quite dirty shower curtain. Staff is acceptable.

The breakfast was very disappointing: one has to "beg" for a food at a special counter, only "cold" dishes are available, no omelets, etc. We could expect something better for the price we have paid! (((

All the luxury you need without excessive part of a 5 Star hotel (room with sauna, hammam and whirlpool, 12m inside inox pool and 36°C warm small outside pool (not suited for sportive swimming). Natural stones in wellness area (beautiful tiles in room). Very friendly staff accommodating any extra wishes.Beautiful building recently nicely renovated (except for plumbing in our room - it seemed to be a partially old) with great taste.Excellent food (limited vegetarian options though but they made vegetarian dishes for us - despite not having it listed on the menu).Whirlpool and 2 showers in the room.

Had to go back to the reception because I forgot to validate my parking ticket (had been paid with the room previously). Receiving a validated parking ticket by default when checking out would be nice.

Location is very pretty up on a hillside with a view over the valley. The wellness area was excellent with the heated internal and external pools with massage heads...Early check-in was no problem. Food was good.

Charging extravagant prices for parking when you're in the middle of nowhere and you've already paid a lot for the hotel is just too much. Outside parking 13 CHF per night and underground parking 25 CHF. Rooms overpriced. No view from your room. Overpriced wines. The fridge in our room didn't work. We had to move. Housekeeping is a bit inconsistant. In one room there was shower gel, conditioner and body lotion in the other 2 conditioners and no body lotion. Coffee machines were unplugged, meaning you had to get down on your knees under the desk to put it on. Safes didn't work.

The wellness center was wonderful and clean, the room was comfortable and also very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

A thing I didn’t like were the pillows, too flat and soft. Another update would be the toilet seat, to replace the plastic one.

The Spa was a great place to relax, the restaurant and staff were excellent

Dinner was delicious and staff was very friendly. The wellness was amazing.

- extremely friendly staff: everyone from reception, waiters to room service was super nice- great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (we recommend all steaks and children dishes; only both of their tartars where disappointing)- hot outdoor pool- big sauna area (accessible only for adults)

- rooms where disappointing and loud. The deluxe double room had view to a road.- due to COVID-19 measures there was not much to do for small children (spa is restricted to 2 pools and allowed only until 17:00, no playground, no indoor activities)- no indoor parking. Therefore lots of ice scraping and snow shoveling.- priced at the same level as several 5 star hotels which we visited before, this hotel did not offer the same quality.
