Very friendly staff and good location. Breakfast is basic, but enough and they make the coffee to order. Bar in hotel with good options. Room was spacious with own bathroom and kitchnette.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the stairs and room (and I am a non-smoker). The walls and doors are a bit thin, so I would recommend earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones.

The building is traditional. But the stuff are very friendly and have high hospitality. As the front face of La Chaux de Fonds, it made me the fun of this town.

They didn’t clean my room (I stayed from Saturday to Monday) and the bottle of water at my disposal in the room made me sick!

Great value for money! It was directly next to the train station meaning it was then directly in the city center with cute cafes and bookstores near by. I would stay here again for sure.

You could hear a bit if people were talking on the hallway, but it was still ok in my opinion.

Central but quiet location extremely close to the station.Comfortable bed. Nice little kitchenette.Staff very helpful and lent me an adapter to charge my phone.

I couldn’t figure out how to access the tv channels.There seemed to be multiple providers for different channels and although there was a laminate detailing what they were, there was no instruction on how to access them. This could of course just be me being dense.

- location was good, close to the station and in the center of the town- the room was modern

- staff spoke very little English- the lock to the room was quite hard to open- overall quite expensive for what was offered- one could hear everything from the corridor, it was loud at night so it was hard to sleep- impossible to have breakfast at the property on Sunday morning, the hotel restuarant was completely closed…

Comfort, really nice bedding. On the room I took, having a little kitchen with fridge was really awesome. Room is really clean and staff nice.A restaurant available, a market nearby with also the rail station. You have everything around. Yeah, not a 5 stars hotel, but for the location, comfort and equipments, it was really nice for the price. I recommend. Great place if you here to visit the city

One of the only negative point is the door of the room with the corridor. Not soundproof and you can hear almost everything in the corridor. But the number of rooms by floor still not big and kind of rare someone is spending too much time in the corridor. You can deal with it. Depending on what your looking for, if you came by feet, it's fine but if you have a car and need to park it, could be complicated. No parking dedicated. But if money not an issue, you have 100m away the parking of the big market Migros.

I habe booked a room for one adult and two children and i got a room with a double bed only. I was asked for additional 80chf per night for a small additional bed.I daid that we were three people and nobody told me beforehand there will be only a double bed.

great location, big rooms- we had 2 deluxe studios with personal bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette.

kitchenette is not meant for really cooking- very limited cutlery and suction isn't good enough. Blocked showers and toilets. We only complained about the toilet and they fixed it within 10min which was nice.

The hotel is convenient for my visit to my handicapped son. It is clean and adequate for one night's stay.

It is quite expensive , but I guess that is because it is in Switzerland.

The central location is very convenient to get to by train or by car. The premises are kept squeaky clean. The staff was very friendly.

An extra light to work at the table and an extra blanket would have been appreciated. The breakfast service starts only at 7am which was a little late for me.
