Very good location, nice meal, swimming pool available, coffee and tea in the room, large parking space.

Beds could be more confortable. Check out late afternoon not possible.

We had an enormous delay and arrived very late. Thank you for organising such a late check-inn! We liked the breakfast, room and fitness options!

Breakfast was great! But at 9:30 am there were no more croissants left.The swimming pool is fantastic.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, the gym had carpet and no dumbbells, the fountain in front is green and dirty giving a bad impression at arrival

It is a nice place, clean, nice breakfast. It takes about 15 min to reach the beach on foot. Cycling is the best activity for the area.

I had a standard room. I found it a bit price for what it offered.

For a single person booking directly, they would have charged only half the price which I paid via booking. com

The fact that booking.com made it twice as expensive for me

Location was great, food was what we expected,, breakfast very good. Staff very friendly.

Maybe a little tired looking, was a bit like going back to the 80s but that was fine for us.

Lack of parking lots. No shower but uncomfortable bathtub with hand-shower only.

The staff were friendly and the room huge. The breakfast was continental with plenty of options. Very comfortable stay for the price.

We arrived quite late and there’s very few options to get food onsite or nearby after 8pm

Super hotel for families, except for the freezing pool. Good food, both breakfast and dinner. Great facilities for the young family.

The pool was too cold. They need to be careful with this because it was so cold it was almost useless (including the jacuzzi). I appreciate the energy costs are high but it might easily be a false economy since the pool was one of the major attractions for us. We didn't need to use it much in the end but it would definitely colour whether we go back.

All the facilities were excellent!

The room was not very clean and we had an issue with the heating that was fortunately rectified quickly.

The rooms are very big, the bathrooms as well and all super clean. The swimming pool is always appreciated, the lounge with the pool table was definitely a plus. The library is such a peaceful space when you travel with kids and want to isolate for a bit. We really enjoyed it.

The breakfast room even if huge, was very noisy and you could smell the food already from the corridor. Maybe it may need a better ventilation. By the way, not a big issue.

Breakfast more than satisfactory

Advised by reception evening meal started at 6pm and to just turn upWhen we arrived the gentleman front of house was quite rude as we had not booked. We explained this had not been made known to us, and he just kept repeating we should have booked. Needless to say there were plenty of empty tables and food

Only a short stay, but a very pleasant one. The staff were exceptionally good.

It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Great breakfast, keep us full for a long drive to Germany. Quiet location, close to the beach, take bikes along to help make the most of the promenade.

Room was rather hot and took time to cool.
