Breakfast was good served variety. Staff really helpful.

Pillows are too small. Parking is not free. Price is too high for that time of year, imo.

Hotel is fine and staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is no restaurant at the hotel, as it is currently closed. If you want to eat, make sure you book somewhere else, as we found out, to our cost, that Koksijder can get very full, even in the off-season.

Breakfast room is huge and you can bring dog with you.

The room had a lot of space and I loved that we had a terrace to enjoy the good weather. The personal was very friendly!

The automatic light in de toilet. Not so good when you have to get up at night.

Very close to the beach, comfortable beds, large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The breakfast was great, plus parking on sight with late a check out!

The wifi was reconnecting often, but otherwise, all was good.

No air conditioning in the room which I didn’t expect from a 4 star hotel.Weather was not too hot but the room was very warm and too hot to sleep well.

Additional fees for everything. Staff that wasn’t service minded, nor available or coordinated. Annoying smoking and noisy people on the balcony next to us, which the staff didn’t care about at all. No airconditioning in the room, making it extremely hot.

We have stayed here a number of times and each time there is no disappointment. Great location, lovely big rooms and happy staff

finding the toilet was unclean. someone had used it previously and not flushed. Also I found a full ashtray on my balcony table.

Excellent location, close to many restaurants.

I am disabled and the disabled rooms are by the lift and reception so very noisy. The hotel has a hot tub, spa but charge by the hour to book and use these facilities.

personally found the price a bit too high. But since it was my first time in the belgian coast that must be the prices therethe entrance and reception had a strange smell, a mix of sweat and dirty sauna They do have a car parking but its paid extra, 10 euros for an open air parking behind the hotel or 20 euros for a garage box under the building

Love the location.

The internet was not very good and really hard to connect to. Also, there were stains on the bed and the pillows were very tiny for an adult.

Ontbijt was perfect! Location was prima. Personnel zijn vriendelijk.

Parking must be free for guests who stay more than 1 overnight. We stayed 3 nights and still our parking fee is not free. ?
