Personable staff, welcoming and very helpful. Located near metro, shops and restaurants.

Adjoining grocery store takes deliveries in the early hours of the day, which woke me up both nights.

Good Location in the Center of Kifisia

The breakfast room is small and when the French windows doors are closed and people talk loudly and continuously for hours, very uncomfortable and disturbing and unnerving for other guests. The breakfast room should be a SILENT ZONE and not a meeting room.

They do not accept cash payments for bookings over 500 EUR

Even though I chose to pay cash on site when booking, the hotel took money from my credit card used to confirm the reservation. I incurred the cost of currency conversion. Although I paid by credit card, the hotel staff wrote on the invoice that I paid in cash. They claimed that you cannot pay more than 500 euros in cash for stay in a hotel room.

Terrific location in Kifissia one of the Northern suburbs of Athens. Good subway and bus link to downtown. Property in good condition. I have stayed there many times and it’s good value.

Not anything to dislike though this year the buffet breakfast standard slipped and was in need of a refresh right at start of day

Stiff fixtures, high hooks,complicated lift-call, lift doors oh so heavy, key to room needed help to turn 5 times!.

Breakfast was very basic, so we ate out a lot.Thankfully the area is great, so there were a lot of options. We had some medical issues & Konstin, the staff member on the desk at night helped us massively, advising on the correct emergency ward to go to, ringing them beforehand to check & booking us a taxi. Staff in genreal were excellent & we had a really nice stay.

Only complaint, if any, in the heat the air con was very noisy so had to be turned off at night. Probably not needed normally, but extreme weather still hot at night.

We came in on a late flight and needed a place to sleep for the night so booked this hotel. Staff were nice and friendly quickly got our key when we arrived. Rooms are pretty small but the room did the trick….they were also nice and clean. If you are staying for longer, the location is great in Kifisia.

My favorite hotel at Kifissia since 1997 :-)

The staff is excellent. The breakfast was delicious with good selections. The location is superb located in the center of Kifisia. There is a very nice antiques shop located next door. I found quite a few treasures there.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The location is excellent. The hotel is 'no frills" but provides everything you need. I felt very safe, the bed was extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. Good value for money and I would certainly go back.

Breakfast was okay but was laid out and then no-one appeared to be around to check if the food was still hot etc. I came down at around 9am and the eggs were cold and congealed.

Quite small rooms, breakfast very simple and hard to get a free table
