Park House

I would not call this establishment a "hotel". It's more like a guest house.Noisy street, taxis in front of the building.Stinky room (#2), probably a lot of smoking inside, soaking the walls and furniture.With the weak light bulbs from the entrance and bathroom, you can barely see where you are.Clean linen and towels. Friendly and accommodating personnel.

All you need for a 3 star, quiet location, parking spaces, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, go for it !

Central Location, close to the shops. Helpful staff, always on top. Is a clean and quiet place.

It was clean and comfortable

The breakfast was a bit odd. They brought out a plate of food but I would have preferred they ask what we wanted so most of it was wasted. I asked for a glass of water and had to pay for it. I was told water is not included ?.

The hotel premises were kept clean and secure.All reception/bar/restaurant/housekeeping staff were very polite and welcoming and Catalin was very helpful and offered assistance with every single enquiry I had including giving directions to reach specific parts of the city and good places where to dine in the evening when the hotel restaurant was closed.

There was no safe in the room to place my valuables and documents in.The restaurant area looks nice, however, there was no food served in the evening so I had to find an alternative.

Room was nice and clean.

Poor breakfast, just some continental food but portion very small. Also had a meal in the restaurant expensive and small portion. Coffee only expresso...

The staff here really impressed with their attitude: I was unable to have breakfast and they were willing to give it to me packed up in a to go bag. On top of that they agreed to prepare me something vegan. It was one amazing surprise. Thank you, beautiful people!

perfect location close to downtown. very nice and helpful staff. quite place and rooms . perfect value for money .

no kettle in the room ! nonsense so hope they will add it soon . it costs max 20 € and might create absolutely additional experience by simple tea or coffee brewing …

This was our second stay here and we were really satisfied, the staff were super kind and even made me vegetarian breakfast. The terrace is great and there is a really flattering view of Dej. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and Wifi was working. We will be back :)
