Cons -
- Nothing, All was very good
- Parking Experience:During my stay, which coincided with a busy poker tournament over a long weekend, parking proved to be extremely challenging. Although I was informed that I could park in front of the hotel for free, available spots were exceptionally rare. The back of the hotel had parking with a maximum duration of three hours but not surprising non was ever free. Parking at the Casino was available at a discounted rate of €15 per day, but finding an open spot there was equally difficult. Arriving between 15:00 and 21:00 often meant circling for at least 30 minutes to find parking, rarely in the designated areas suggested. A few times I parked illegally and returned after 23:00 to find a spot closer to the hotel.Upon addressing these concerns, I was advised to park at the Confluence Parking, located 800 meters from the hotel. While I understand that the poker tournament contributed to the parking situation, I believe that a hotel of this caliber should provide more accommodating solutions for its paying guests. Looking through the other commentary this is not a limited problem. While the hotel itself was nice, I would probably not return due to this. I found myself avoiding using my car, which was supposed to supply me flexibility in exploring the region, just so I didn’t lose parking spot I had.
- Need to park outside on street but lucky to be free on Sunday

The suite with balneo bath was amazing - it was very quiet despite being next to a major road, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was also beyond expectations :)
It’s nice to have a reservation in hotel to open till midnight
Need to park outside on street but lucky to be free on Sunday
The location, the spa, the restaurant and the casino. Very nice breakfast too.
The bed was good and large, but there was an enormous gap between the mattresses and we kept rolling into the middle. They were a bit too soft for me.The spa is nice but small, could be a problem on weekends. We had it all to ourself at 5 pm on a wednesday.
Disappointing
I reserved a River view room. But the view was obstructed by a staircase tower. I asked the reception to switch my room, but was told that ot was not possible.
Comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff.. Good restaurant. Enjoyable stay.
A bit of a walk (about 100 meters) from their underground secure carpark . When I mentioned this on check out, they were kind enough to complement it.
Value for money. Great location. Clean and modern facilities. Friendly staff.
The location, the equipments of the hotel, its very quiet, the restaurant and the breakfast that they serve is very good, the view of the room :-)
Second stay at this hotel, i prefered the first time. The only problem was the first day at the check in, i arrived and checked my room and i found garbage of the previous people in my bin and the glasses were dirty :-( for the rest it was good
Wellness centre and buffet breakfast and free parking
Expensive dinners, the timing of the rooms being cleaned
Spacious, comfortable room. Good selection of TV channels..
Switches not always easy to find,
Breakfasts, rooms, wellness, design, dinner in beautiful restaurant and service very nice people everything was perfect ! ?
Staff was very friendly and location was good
Jacuzzi could be bigger for a common usage
It was clean and nice location! Good breakfast! All in all we loved the hotel
All was fine but we missed a good shower. Now we had to sit in the bath tub and hold the hose.No shower curtain so all became wet.
Located in central Namur next to the river Muese. The Mercure hotel shares the building with the casino and also has a conference center and spa. Free parking at the back of the hotel and casino. Clean and large room, with good shower. Great breakfast.
We had a room on the street/river side. If you open a window you hear the traffic passing by, but nice river view compensates for the noise.
Generous and nice quality breakfast - fine rooms aligned with what one can expect at a 4 star hotel.
Not particularly cheap; there is a lot of parking space outside of the hotel, but the time you can park there is limited (3 hours). I was not informed of whether the hotel has private parking spaces for guests.
