Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and the rain shower was wonderful

I was on the 1st floor yest had to go up 3 flights of stairs hand caring luggage

The location was good. The historic building was a wonderful place to stay. The room was much larger than expected with a separate bedroom with bunk beds.

Fantastic room, excellent food on location, and overall wonderful stay.

A little disappointed in the service during breakfast. There were no tables available at 8am in the middle of the breakfast hour. No eggs were left, and there were no forks. They need a few more staff on the breakfast.

The hotel is within walking distance to the centre. It's quite comfy and the rooms are huge. It's an old building converted into a hotel, which adds to its cool factor :) Recommended for a quick getaway to Namur!

A bit disappointed with the breakfast service. My husband is coeliac and when we reserved the breakfast, they told us that they would prepare everything for him, including gluten free bread. But in the morning, we didn't find anything prepared and the gluten free bread was not available, which was quite a shame considering that they have quite a nice breakfast spread.Apart from that, everything was good.

Really liked the room set up. All the finishes were nice.

The smell. As soon as you opened the door it smelled - some kind of plumbing issue or the water smells, not sure.

Nice, modern rooms; comfortable beds; beautiful restaurant.

Fourth stay here and it continues to impress. We had a small room this time but it felt really unique and had much appreciated aircon ☺️ Truly a dog friendly hotel and restaurant!

Great location, the room was large with air con, we have never stayed there before and were pleasantly surprised

No net curtains for privacy. Bad smell from one of the bathroom sink drains.

Room with Kitchen. Breakfast. Easy Access to the city. Very walkable

The smart TV was not really smart. Could not connect to Netflix/Youtube, reached out to the front desk for help. They tried it too, but they could not solve it either. Was a bit trouble for my little kids after a tiring day.

Breakfast and location are great.

Black hair on bed, hot mini fridge, pillows could be better. Also a used coffee cup with cigarette butts on the terrace.

Very well located in the city centre, nice atmosphere of the building, clean rooms.A coffee machine available in the room, but no kettle for tea, which was disappointing for us.

Central location, fabulous and huge studio, comfy bed, lovely bedlinen!

The beautiful large room, the restaurant, the food, the location

Booked on day, restaurant was fully booked, should always be room for residents, walked into town and had a really poor meal, shame as I bet the hotel restaurant was exceptional being fully booked Bar area was a bit strange, staff were lovely tho Room was immense and although I’ve moaned I would 100% return

Room was recently renovated and was very nice

Guests should be warned about the steps -- hotel is not suitable for people with balance problems or difficulty navigating steps without handrails

Its convenient they have a parking near the hotel. The hotel was spacious and well designed and the staff was friendly.

The sofa bed is so hard. Our bedroom stinks at night. Its near the stairs and elevator and at the middle of the night it smells like something else. I didn't sleep until 4 am. It is also very noisy. I hear the other room making coffee the whole night until 4 am.

Tucked away in a quiet part of the town but within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, our room smelled of stale smoke which we were unhappy about. This was dealt with immediately and the member of staff was quick to find us an alternative room. Our room was spacious and had a wonderfully large shower. The breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of choice.

Nothing not to like.

We booked a family room which was beautifully decorated and laid out. We had more than enough space and the beds were very comfortable. Quiet area also.

Upon arrival, we inquired about dinner options however the restaurant that was the most "child friendly" was booked out. Would be good to ensure availability for paying guests.
